Blackwell's Wines & Spirits is a highly recommended business known for its excellent service and wide selection of products. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, with some reviews highlighting specific assistance from staff members like Dita and Doug. The store offers a great variety of hard-to-find items, including rare bourbons such as BH Smokey, which customers have been unable to find elsewhere. The shop is conveniently located in San Rafael, making it accessible for those traveling from San Francisco, despite parking being a bit challenging in the city. The storefront may appear modest from the outside, but inside it is neat and well-organized, with a broad selection at good prices. Customers value the quick delivery options, with some orders arriving earlier than expected after choosing expedited shipping. Overall, Blackwell's Wines & Spirits is praised for its top-notch products, helpful staff, and reliable service, making it a great place to do business.
I purchased a specialized bottle online, along with a few things that were on sale. Everything arrived just four days after purchase (including a weekend!), the box was perfectly packed, and all bottles were clean and intact. Great experience, thank you!
