I was leery at first at using Caliber because I experienced bad customer service at a different Caliber in a different state. But they're franchised, so I decided to trust all the good reviews for this location. And the favorable reviews were correct.
I can't comment on the price because I didn't pay close attention since I knew the cost would exceed my deductible.”

Not only did the owner Jim know exactly what to do without me having to spend a lot of time to explain, but he and his team did what they said they would do and did so in the timeframe we had agreed upon. The communication with Miracle Auto Body was very reliable, and their prices are competitive. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs body work, or customization.”
“I've been taking cars there (including under their prior name F. Lofrano & Son) for many years, and their work is always the best. Today I stopped in there, without an appointment, for them to look at my recently-separated right rear fender panel. Greg had his assistant Sam look at it. She spent about 1/2 hour fixing the panel about 95% perfect (I'd have to replace the whole rear bumper for a 100% fix). Sam didn't charge me anything and even refused a $20 bill I offered directly to her. What a great place.”

“Luis and his team did a great job repairing the damage to my Camry after it was rear-ended but it's their follow-up service that really impressed me. Several weeks after the repair, I accidentally peeled off the corner of the protective strip on the newly repaired back bumper and damaged the paint job underneath. I showed it to Luis and he had the entire bumper repainted at no expense. He even reattached a front panel that I had knocked loose in the time between paint jobs, again free of charge. It's a real pleasure to find places that stand by their work like Luis does. I hope to have zero need for an auto body shop going forward but if I do, this is the only place where I'll take my car.”

“George Jr. and his son helped me overcome a difficult situation. My car had suspension issues that I haven't been financially able to deal with. I got lucky bringing my car into George Jr.'s shop when I did.
George Jr.'s son (also named George) is starting a business as a used auto dealer. Used car prices are high nowadays, but George & George were in a rare position to give me a deal; I'm incredibly grateful. They're very knowledgeable, amiable, and accommodating to all of my questions. They taught me what to look for when buying a used car. I was able to get a sport commuter from them for the same price it would've cost me to fix and register my out-of-state car.
George Jr. and George III uphold the legacy of George's Auto Body with 10/10 customer care. Be nice; they're great guys. And check them out when you need help!”
