I would NEVER recommend boost to anyone. I put insurance on my phone but called back less than 30mins to let them know I changed my mind and to refund me the amount for the insurance I was told that because it was less than 24hrs they would be able to refund me and it would be processed within the next 3-5 business days I checked my account and noticed that the refund was never processed but they removed the insurance from my account so I called to ask what was going on and why wasn't the refund processed they told me that they could not refund me because I took one of my lines and went to Verizon even though I still have an active account for my other line that was on my family plan. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was nothing she could do and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and hung up on me I did not use any profanity and I did not disrespect her all I asked was for a refund and her name. I will make sure I tell all my family and friends to take there services to another company that treats their customers with respect. I will also take my other account to another company as well I have been a customer with boost Mobile for over 15yrs with numerous accounts.

Whatever you do, if you're on a budget, don't buy their Motorola phones because God forbid youre put in a situation where you have to maintain a phone call but still use your data to look up a location at the same time. Boost Mobile does not have Motorola phones that are able to do both. Data and phone call cannot be used at the same time! They have a 7-Day window for returns and even though it says that where I live has a cell tower, there is literally no reception and I can't get service. The staff don't seem to be very knowledgeable of their products. Their solution is that I "upgrade" to a more expensive version of the crap phone I already have even though I bought this phone 3 weeks ago.

I am specifically referring to the Boost support people. I bought a Boost ZTE phones which are usually excellent values only to find out Boost would not activate the unit. I returned that phone and bought an Lg only to have an error message keep repeating over and over again despite spending a half hour or more trying to correct the problem. The support service is non human and they just can;t seem to help. I will never return to this company again ans the proble is always the other guy, never them. Useless support. Impossible to contact by phone.. Go elsewhere.

They lie lie lie . Don't trust these guys or this company . So I had service with this company for 1 month the reason the service sucks . I had to go back to metro it's better than this crap . So I went abroad but before that I came to the store to ask them if my phone was Going to work the Mexican guy reassure me that indeed it was going to work and that I was not gonna have any issues . When The plane landed no service no internet / no calls and no bars . Awful please don't lie to the customers be honest . I will never go back to this shitty company not even for free . I feel betrayed I didn't have communication with my loved ones while I was away I had to go to coffee shops to stay connected . Boost mobile I HATE YOU !
