Awesome customer service. As for the work, it was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, very well. I was leery at first at using Caliber because I experienced bad customer service at a different Caliber in a different state. But they're franchised, so I decided to trust all the good reviews for this location. And the favorable reviews were correct.
I can't comment on the price because I didn't pay close attention since I knew the cost would exceed my deductible.

Javier and Kelly were the two individuals who assisted me after a collision. They were very courteous, prompt and communicative about each step of the repair process. If you have the misfortune of a car accident, the good fortune would be to take your car to Caliber Collision in San Rafael. They are really professional!

I first came to Caliber San Rafael as a repair service recommended by USAA Auto Insurance about three years ago. I had been rear ended by a large SUV while I was stopped at a stoplight. I experienced prompt and professional service that was done exactly on time as promised. Recently, I received some scratches and dents. Once again, Javier Lara, Service Advisor, took time to do the repair. I highly recommend Javier and Caliber in San Rafael.

I was directed to this location by my auto insurer and was greeted by Javier, who took the time to provide free advice knowing he was not going to get anything directly from it. I would definitely recommend them for your needs, they will be fair and honest. I will be back for my future car repair needs.

I took my car here through an insurance claim. This is an honest auto body shop with a ton of integrity. When I picked up my car, I noticed some imperfections that needed to be addressed. They were kind, responsive, and respectful. They had the car ready the next morning in perfect condition. They didn't argue, they didn't question. They were calm, courteous, and did a fantastic job!
