Civic Center Library is a great and beautiful structure with a circular interior and high ceilings like an observatory. It is an important public library with a great collection and the smell of books. It features ample seating with built-in charging ports, a cafeteria, an ATM, and a scanning station. There is a garden overlook for rooftop views. Restrooms are located outside in the hallway. It is considered a final masterpiece and is always a pleasure to visit.

Very cool library, located on the fourth floor, smaller but so worth a visit. The building is truly amazing!

Always a pleasure to tour FLW's final masterpiece. Go to garden overlook on South end's 4th floor for eye-level rooftop views. Great library here plus a cafeteria and ATM onsite.
