I go here with my niece every once in a while. They have a loyal program that is nice and Ive used it in store a couple times. The target age for this store is tween and teen. My niece got her ears pierced here and they got infected when she switched from the piercing jewelry to the regular Claire's earrings.

Claire’s is garbage. I got my ears pierced here as a kid and they’re so asymmetrical that I’ve never been able to wear earrings. Go to a tattoo/piercing parlor where the piercers are actually trained, and make sure they mark your ears before they actually pierce them.

When I went into the store, the lady was incredibly rude and whenever she would talk she sounded very rude and the customer service isn’t as good as it used to be. One of the last times I shop there.

My daughter and me where shopping at the mall yesterday and my daughter is 11 so I had gone to the Macy store Nextdoor for a couple of minutes will my daughter was shopping she has bought new shoe and clothes from h and m before going to Claire's when she went inside they were nice then as she started to shop she was having difficulty with all the bag so she put them down and tried to fix the bag and they thought she was STEALING then she ask the lady if she could get a case down for her and the lady help then the lady said I am going to hold it for you in the front which was a little suspect then as she finished shopping they keep look over at her and get really close so they could see in side her bag to make sure she was not stealing something plus they were not keeping six feet they my daughter want to ask the other lady who was doing all the ear piercings a question about a piercing and the lady rudely reply with" are you 18 or more, or do you have a id" and my daughter replied with" my mom is coming I was just wonder" and the girl replied with " well we can't do anything about it until your mom get here" in a very rude tone how could you speak to kids like that and my daughter came to get me and she didn't end up getting anything because she was so upset by everything we have been shopping there for year never had this experience but the girl who was really rude is usually there everytime we come. I don't know if I want to go there again

As soon as we walked in we saw the Jump Marin Play area. We came to burn time and do a little shopping and had the twins with us. Of course they wanted to jump and play so we said yes! It's unlimited time for one flat price and I was able to shop while dad was able to work while the kids jumped. Definitely a perfect combo of what we needed for a Friday afternoon. Area was clean and spacious and the gentleman at the front greeted us and answered all our questions. We will be back again soon!

What a fantastic and fun set up in the middle of Northgate mall! It was the perfect meeting place for my friend and our kids. My son did not want to leave! Plus, there are lots of chairs and tables for the parents to sit and watch their kids burn off their energy! I highly recommend doing a little shopping, having something to eat and hitting up Jump Marin!

This has been a great addition to marin county. We need more places like this for kids! They used to have one huge bounce house now they have 2 plus they've enclosed the area with a fence for more security.

We love Jump! Marin. It's great to finally have an something like this in Marin that is open in the afternoon and evening hours during the week and on weekends. The bounce houses are big with a good variety of activity options. The location in the mall is open and airy, nearby restrooms, and a place for parents to sit and sip fancy pants coffee drink, chat with other parents or finish that last bit of work - all while keeping an eye on your kids having fun being physically active (hello easier bedtimes!!)

Took my kids last weekend after a long day of sports and it was great for my boys as well as me. I paid for my 2 boys and the man working said if I wanted I could buy a pack of 3 for $40 which saved me $5 bucks and now I can come back with a pre-paid visit. I sat down and caught up on emails and 'news' aka my IG feed and about an hour and half later my boys were ready to go - all jumped out! They had a great time and slept all night too. I will for sure be back as my boys are already asking too.

I remember when this mall was actually popular and had decent shopping. Northgate Mall is unfortunately my local mall and I have just been seeing it slowly die throughout the years. Not only has it lost its popularity, it has lost all its stores and restaurants. The only remaining stores are Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, Claire's and very few others which all seem to be very run down. The customer service at some of these places is absolutely terrible, for example Victoria's Secret. I was standing in line to pay for one item for about 30 minutes which they had no excuse for considering there was only like two other people in that store. They could have gotten a two-hundred dollar purchase in cash at this place where they are probably making no money but instead I just had enough and went home. I have been there two times since and have had decent experiences with that store. Would definitely not recommend this mall.

I've lived in Marin long enough to remember the open mall and Emporium, I dropped off someone to Victoria secrets and walked around. I'm not going to be doom and gloom however I can see the end coming soon, food court down to two vendors - no major stores except Macy's and the writing on the wall with these box stores- Costco could have brought more people but why would they shop in the mall- sorry but it just doesn't feel right. Sign of the times I suppose ..I think if management lowered rents allowed more small vendors and food like the Berkeley food court maybe it will help. Well on a lite note there is parking and home goods is open...

Shopping at its worst ( with the exception of Santa Rosa Plaza). We got there about an hour before closing and it was the celebrated " Ghost Town" others have described. What a far cry from the the days of the Emporium and Sears anchors. Yes the online retailers are helping kill this place off, but closing early and probably not doing much to bring in new retailers make any chance of a recovery slim. One star for free parking, as the Santa Rosa Plaza charges for it, making it xtra non attractive to shop there.
