  Terrible. Waste of time. Made a confirmappointment and the office is completely dark. Spent an hour in traffic to get there. Only voicemail when you try to call. Go somewhere else.

  Wonderful, caring and compassionate people. They were so helpful and accommodating. I have suffered for years from chronic pain that keeps me from sleeping at night.   I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Joseph Wand this week to renew my prescription in the CHO San Rafael office. Dr. Wand is the epitome of compassionate, and he and Office Manager Brandon were exceptionally professional, time-efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. Highly recommend. A++
