I had to return to them recently as I was having troubles with some SW They (Antone and Bonam) promptly invited me to come to their shop for support. Their knowledge and expertise is extensive and generous. Once again, they were able to successfully address my needs with very fair rates and VALUE that is undeniable and appreciated!”

“I have been consistently happy with Etienne's IT expertise. First, he is amazingly prompt. You call him and he answers and if you get his vm you get a call back promptly. Second, he solves your problem very, very fast. He remotely gets on your computer and takes over the controls and bingo- problems solved! I have used Etienne for years- how many vendors do you use for years??? He also makes house calls or did before Covid. Super easy to work with and his bills are fair. No price gouging!!' “The best deals on high end appliances and good customer service. They have a wide range of options to choose from. Because it's an outlet virtually everything there has been returned for one reason or another. Sometimes small dents or scratches so if you know where it's going to fit you can choose something with damage that will be hidden against a wall. Sometimes the items were used once, but everything works. Shawn was very helpful.(Yes, I asked him if it was okay to use his name in the review) He took the time to walk us through all the options. He was very knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure us to buy anything. He told us all kinds of tips and about scenarios he'd seen with other customers. Since we saw things we liked we decided to buy because there's no holds and no guarantee you'll see the same items the next time you go in. They're inventory is always changing since everything is a one off. I recently purchased a refrigerator 70% off retail and it looks and works great. I also purchased a dishwasher at 60% off that was never used and didn't have any damage. It was missing the mounting kit and the original purchaser returned it for unknown reasons. If you are able to pick it up yourself I recommend it. I also recommend that before you go you take all the measurements of the space, your current appliance, and take some photos of where it will go. We were prepared and it made the experience easy. There were other customers in the store that weren't prepared and weren't sure if things were going to fit. When they go back the item they want might not be there.The delivery service doesn't tell you what time they'll be there on your scheduled delivery day until the night before so you can't make plans and basically ruin a whole day. The guys who did the delivery were good, safe and efficient. It's just how the service is managed is really bad.”

“Amid the negative reviews, I had a very positive experience with Best Buy this past weekend, and subsequent followup at the store on Monday. I had to contact Todd, the store manager, to turn in a product that was delivered to me by mistake. I left a message for Todd on Saturday, and he returned my call within a few hours. Todd was affable, intelligent, professional, and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure that it was a win-win proposition for the store and for me. On Monday, I messaged him on when I would be arriving at the store. He made sure his staff was aware of the pending transaction. A staff member, Sharon (also impressive) was expecting me at the front of the store. She promptly received the product, and the item I actually ordered was brought out within a few minutes. Twice, she asked if I needed assistance carrying the item to my car, which was appreciated. I declined. Things could not have gone smoother.”
