CVS at Shoreline now gets 5 stars because the best pharmacist in Marin County, Kelsey Lee is back. We have many prescriptions and some of them are complicated; some have to be brand and others generic. Kelsey is proactive, understands side effects, always efficient and helpful, and a kind person. Her staff are also helpful and efficient. CVS at Shoreline now has a strong team!

Employee was nasty to me on the phone and decided he didn't feel like transferring my prescription. I mentioned some security concerns and he snapped at me saying he didn't like what I was saying so he refused to transfer my prescription. I guess they don't need the business, so we should all go somewhere else. One more in a long line of really bad CVS pharmacies.

I had one prescription to pick up today and another that needed refilling while I was there. The pharmacy aide was most pleasant and refilled it while I was shopping! I was most delighted with his service!

I haven't even visited yet, but the fact it doesn't Open until noon on Saturday is a BAD thing. Will transfer my prescription to another pharmacy as soon as I pick them up today.
