I love it here. Mary and Michael are so dear. They care so much about pleasing customers. They take their time and are very detailed. They are very good at their work and take great pride in their shop and service. Such a nice family business for so many years.

I love this place. I became one of their first customers when they first opened. Me amd the wife were pregnant right afterbeachother and have watched our family's grow together. This Places is horrible!!! the owners wife did my pedicure she put extra powder in my toe mail she says that’s going to help it from getting ingrown toenails from growing in I had to go see a podiatrist and get a half of my toenail cut off today because of the work that she did. and when she was doing my pedicure she dug and dug so hard in my toes like as if I wasn’t human my toe was purple for a week after. don’t go there there’s to many places that would love to take your money

Poor time management!!! I had made an appointment for 5:30 for 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. Waited 3 hours to only get 1 pedicure done!! This is ridiculous. They book to many appointments and can't even complete one. Won't be returning.

This is my go to place for my fills and pedicures. All the women that work there are great. I've been going there for three years. I've tried other places in Novato and none of them are as welcoming as Beauty Nails.

Came in as a Walk-In and they took my mom and I fast. The guy who did my nails, named Michael, did my set of acrylic nails and he was a very kind man. He took in all my suggestions without disagreeing with me. It took about and hour and 1/2 to get them done and I love how they turned out. My mom and I got our pedicures done. They washed, scrubbed and moisturized our feet. The only problem is that they cut both our big toe's cuticles and it hurt really bad ;( but the coloring came out great! Pedi-$15 Gel Acrylic- $40
