Will never shop here again. Always a weird vibe when I shop in here and I believe it’s because of my skin color I just take mental note and brush it off but the worker there that checked me out today was nothing but rude to me gave me a funny look when I asked him for help and gave nothing but lip from when I walked in. Asked for 2 specific resistors that I had in my cart so I read off title verbatim and comes back with 2 one was all bent up. Paid and left I within 5 minutes I call to double check tolerance colors because they were colored differently than the ones i needed. He goes on a rant telling me im lying and that i never said what tolerance. He’s an old bag so he’s probably going deaf.

BEST ELECTRONICS STORE IN THE BAY AREA!!!You would think for being in Silicon Valley you would have a lot of electronics stores ala Radio Shack BUT NO...... this is the ONLY electronics store...and even if there were dozens, this would be the Best!!! it has a big selection of switches, cables, capacitors, imagine Radio Shack on Steroids!! this store should be considered a Historic Location so that it would NEVER CLOSE DOWN!! there should be tens of stores like this all over the Bay Area and the World!!!

It's pretty amazing what you can find here, old school electronics shops like this are very hard to come by nowadays. Sometimes you just need a part, and I can get it here immediately and not in an Amazon 5pack.

This is the last electronics store in the county. Usually well stocked. If you need something today, this is the (only) place, as long as it's not a Sunday. I wish I could give 5 stars. Unfortunately some of the folks who work here act like being the only game in town grants them a license to not give AF.Your customer service experience will be hit or miss, depending on who you talk to. I've learned to speak only to the (one) helpful employee unless I know the exact spec of what I'm looking for. The prices are what they are and I understand them. In the age of cheap online parts, anyone who complains about the cost of getting exactly what you need NOW needs a reality check. A brick-and-mortar store needs to charge what they do to keep the doors open. It will be a dark day if this last source for all things electronic shuts down.

The gentleman who replaced the adapter on my Mom’s electric clock was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is near AT&T on 4th Street with a city parking lot nearby. I was impressed with the friendliness of the store and how they were willing to help solve the problem with my Mom’s favorite clock.

This place is awesome. Literally when you think they don't have what you need boom it's there and you don't have to wait a few days ordering online. This place is a gem and has saved my a** many of times. Anything electronic you need they more then likely have it. We have to do whatever we can to keep places like this around. Last of a dying breed. Stores closing left and right this place is had stuck it out. Check it out they have all types of interesting items
