Staffs at San Rafel office clearly made every effort to work with me, from getting the car ready, explaining renter’s responsibility, condition of the automobile etc. I was most impressed by the shuttle service to fetch me home after I return the vehicle.

I rent van from this location it was good but very bad experience during returning. the guy asked is there dent on car before you renting? i told yes. he went to office and told me that our system shows there wasn't any accident dent on car. you did your self. i told him that there was dent. luckily my friend took picture before renting it. i need to show them proof. i believe they have each and every accident report with them for their car. if i didn't have photo proof i have to pay them.BEWARE WITH THESE PEOPLE. SEEMS THESE PEOPLE ARE HAPPY TO SQUEEZE YOU AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNING MONEY.

Great experience overall and friendly customer service. Very easy car return through G & C Auto Body. I choose Enterprise every time, now, for their many locations and they will pick you up.Rental car was in great shape except for trash in glove box and center console. Line too long on Monday morning pickup.

Ashley and Amanda exhibited exceptional professionalism and empathy towards customers during an extended wait time. This was a great experience. I've rented from Enterprise before and always had a positive experience, but this was especially so. I had reserved a Rogue mid-size SUV, but they were out, so I got a brand new 2024 full size Mazda CX-90 at no extra charge. This car had everything... heads up display, three row seating, etc. Very enjoyable for the week!
