This agency is terrible. They have a high turnover rate with the staff and are generally dishonest. It's a waste of time signing up with them because they never call you for work.

Very nice people, they are very professional. Less than 2 days, they put me on a great career path.

I had a phone interview, and set up an appointment to come in the next day for a follow up. I arrived 10 minutes early, filed out paperwork, and sat. and sat. and sat. after an hour of waiting, I left. I've registered with 5 other staffing services, and never had any problem before. Seriously, try Office Team, or Apple one...forget these people.

Now bear in mind if you will that this review is a few years old and is regarding the Express office on Shoal Creek Blvd in Austin TX. This was perhaps the biggest crap hole I have ever seen. The lady at the front desk would not except the receipt from Social Security in lieu of the actual card, that is against the law. The receipt actually says it is to be used as a replacement for the card until it arrives in the mail. The recruiter himself was okay and did his job. But kids here comes the kicker. The recruiter told me to call him back at a designated time, I believe it was 2 pm that day to follow up with him to see if he had heard from the prospective employer. That same redheaded idiot at the front desk who tried to rewrite Federal law now refused to let me talk to the guy even though I explained to her several times he had told me call him, insisting I let her pass a message. I finally relented and gave her the message. Later that day the recruiter called me asking why I had never called him. What kind of weird power trip is this broad on? Never waste your time with these bozos.

The San Rafael Recruiter Team Stands Apart from all the Rest. The Administrative Team has the Client as well as the Employee in Mind. The recruiters as well as Administration are professional and knowledgeable of Career Options. The Communication is A+. The Team is focused and guarantees career placement. If you are seriously looking for employment, your search can end.

In a season where numbers drive performance, I was pleased to encounter an attentive and professional staffing agency experience where I did not feel as though I was just a number. Having relocated from the Midwest alone, my anxiety was reduced by the friendly faces that greeted me. I appreciate your genuine concern and look forward to following up with your office. HUGE thanks!

Not that is terribly important but, if possible, please express my discontent with the overall process practiced by your service. This includes making appointments for a specific time and then not unlocking the doors to the office until that exact minute. Obviously, I don't know your clientele but personally I am always 15 minutes early and don't appreciate standing in the hallway waiting for someone to come off lunch to unlock the doors. Compounding that is the from desk help who indicated we could not meet until some forms were filled out online and submitted. This resulted in a complete wast of my time. At minimum, I would suggest the front desk help be put through training or some type of education that conveys the need to provide a customer with service and not just sit there and say if the paper work is not complete there can be no meeting. Not only is this rude it is very unprofessional. I doubt you will care but please remove my name and any information from your data base.

I have not had any luck at all with Expresspros, and I signed up back in March of 2017.I met with Shawn, and there was one position I was qualified for, and I kept asking her to submit my profile to them, she told she would but never got back to me. Months later I got a call about an HR position and I told them I was interested they asked if they could submit my profile to the employer, but they never got back to me. A few months later after that, I received another phone call about a position from asking could she submit my profile to another employer, and I told her that would be great, but they never got back to me. Then I received a phone call from the Richmond office, and I had to go thru the interview with a gal named Maria all over again, only for them to not have anything available for me once again, Maria told me she would send me some more test, but I never received any test in my e-mail. Yet to say I am still unemployed. My experience with temp agency's have been horrible.

These people don't care about people coming in to look for a job.. They will pay you nothing in comparison to what they charge their clients, they will make promises to you but never fulfill them, and they call their workers ghetto. Long story short they don't like black people..
