The staff here at this FedEx is fantastic!! Today, Shaine, helped me to send back a chair that was a big cause of frustration. She made the process so easy and she was so pleasant that my frustration went away. Every time I come here the staff is so kind and helpful that I make it a point to come here whenever I need a FedEx. They really are the best!!

Kiesha is a marvelous employee. I've never faxed anything in my life. I was ? to say the least. She made me feel confident that everything would work. And she did it for me & schooled me at the same time. I want to fax something else now
