Guy was incredibly rude to me when I went to ask for help with an older iPhone. If the store only takes androids they should specify, not just be rude and unhelpful to customers.

My daughter broke her screen and gadget pro fixed it super fast. We dropped the phone off and grabbed burgers. They had the phone done and ready for pick up in 45 minutes. I also got a screen protector for only $10. It was the best deal in Marin/Sonoma.

Shattered the back of my iPhone and wanted to get it replaced. Called Gadget Pro and was given a quote over the phone and they stated it would take about a week. I dropped my phone off and was again told it would be about a week. Fast forward more than three weeks later and my phone was never repaired. We called a few times to check in on the phone and were told it was still in process of being repaired. About a week to be repaired and three weeks later it wasn't touched? Picked it up and having it repaired in one day elsewhere. Disappointing experience here to say the least.

Wow !!! At a time when tech leave you in a loop of voice mail hell. These guys go the extra mile. The replaced the battery on my iPod pro. Then it had issues - they took care of it m. Great communication and follow up worked overtime on if and made my travel deadline. Thank you !!!

I called to get my samsung phone repaired but they dont want to just replace the part that is broken. They want to sell you an entire screen. No good.

First of all.. Extremely rude and apathetic staff. They could give a shit about your project or concerns. Really? Is that how your want to win business!? LOL... Being socially disabled is one thing. Ripping off a customer is entirely another. I came in with my damaged phone. They reasonably accomplished one part BUT omitted the installation of another part yet charged me for it! That's called theft. The front desk dude nonchalantly glazed over and said "oh well! guess the parts are faulty". Zero customer service. Rude. I felt abandoned..

Dropped my phone in the toilet! Stopped by here to see what they could do, and for the back of the phone (screen is busted) , Tyson recommend if I have applecare to go to apple to get it taken care of, and also mentioned to make an appointment with apple before I stop by! Great and honest people here! Thanks Tyson!

I needed to replace my screen protector on my iPhone. They actually had the right part. Replaced it on the spot. It was very convenient being located in the montecito shopping center.

Incredibly happy with my experience here. They fixed my LCD screen promptly and did an excellent job. The price was still a better value to me than investing in a new phone. They also let me pay upon pickup because I was late for work and didn't have my wallet on me. They are conveniently located in the Montecito Plaza which is an easy walking distance if you live in the surrounding neighborhoods like I do. They are in the kiosk next to the Rite Aid. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it.

Fast - great Job replacing the screen on my iPad. Turn around was as promised with a call to let me know it was ready. Very small store and the employee wore a mask, which I appreciate. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Definitely would use again !

This store has bad customer service. We had a warranty through Costco (square trade) that only allows repairs at 2 stores, Petaluma or San Rafael. We decided to stay in the county and chose this store for screen repair. They had to order the screen (we prepaid) and said three to five days for it to arrive (iPhone 11). A week later we hadn't heard from them; when my husband called to ask about it, they said they tried to call, but the phone hadn't worked! Hmmmm, all our other calls went through, no problem.I brought the phone in for repair and also brought a glass cover for the screen to protect it from more damage. An extra $5 for putting the cover on. Fine, I paid it. When I picked it up, the guy told me they got a few dust specks under the cover! Not a huge deal, but I had professionals do it to avoid that happening! Now, 9 days later, the corner of the cover is peeling up and since they didn't provide the cover, tough luck.Also, they could not use genuine Apple parts (why would square trade restrict me to an unauthorized parts dealer?) so they told me I'd get an error message about unauthorized parts for five days. Nine days later, I'm still seeing an error message! I called in and they told me it's fifteen days for the error message in the place I'm setting it (settings), but was just five days on the screen lock. When asked why they didn't tell me about the fifteen days and save me a phone call, they blamed it on Apple! I recommend trying a different repair shop if you want professional service.

This place was fast quick and awesome. Tin helped me out. He was super friendly and efficient. Told me it would take an hour to fix my cracked screen... it took about 45 minutes to get it done. Hopefully my iPhone doesn’t get broken again but I definitely recommend this place!

My screen was a complete mess. They replaced it within an hour for a very fair price—just $110. It looks as good as new. The guys were really nice too.
