Worst and most disgraceful experience of my life with homeopathy and an American company. My order was messed up multiple times and I requested a supervisor who tried to gaslight me, wouldn’t respond to a word i said, talked over me, and refused to address my questions and complaint which was: do you deliver to PO Boxes or Street addresses and she kept telling me i had to figure that out myself, which is not true, the shipper needs to know that from their shipping company. The also sent the completely wrong remedy. They refused to acknowledge any mistakes. Then they stonewalled me and told me i wasn’t going to get an answer and i couldn’t even ask to use their services again. Ive never been so abused by customer service in my life. Id urge management to let this narcissistic individual go and to properly attend to this matter. They also told me they refunded me and they didn’t and im still waiting.

We have been using Hahnemann for our remedies for years now. Every time we use them the person taking the order has been exceptional and friendly and very professional. We have not had an issue with them yet.

It's a great, trustworthy, pharmacy for remedies. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is this: it's crazy that a pharmacy that people NEED isn't open on weekends. I feel that it should be open, at least, on Saturday as the mail goes out that day, and a remedy might be delivered by Monday. Now, a remedy prescribed after 4 on Friday, with delivery somewhat unpredictable, it won't be mailed until Monday and that's a lot of time to wait for delivery of relief. Especially for acute remedies not sold in stores.

What a rigid place. Won't offer a drop-box, yet want $53.75 for (possible) overnight delivery. Homeopathic vets tell me that they won't entertain any feedback.

Hahnemann Laboratories is the leading homeopathy pharmacy in the United States. Hahnemann Labs carries almost all remedies in whatever potency one could need (LM potencies too). Whole Foods, Pharmaca, and other health stores only carry certain remedies, in limited potencies -- and typically from large commercial manufacturers of homeopathic products like Boiron and Heel. Boiron is alright in a pinch, but it's not the same as Hahnemann Labs. I have bought my remedies from Hahnemann Laboratories for years, and long before I moved to the Bay Area, when I lived on the East Coast. Note: This is NOT a drugstore, as Yelp lists. It is also not a retail outlet. One cannot walk inside and and purchase remedies at will. It is mail order only, via phone or internet. The website is Highly recommended.
