I just had the best customer service experience I have had in a while. I came minutes before closing (like a jerk) and Charlie saved the day! Thank you so much for grabbing my order for me, absolutely the best!

I am baffled by the lack of customer service at this location, and to top it off, the internet service in the building is superb. Why did I bother coming if my khols cash were supposedly expired, and my khols credit card didnt have any discounts that day. I needed to get a drink outside near the patio because this location is completely ridiculous. Good riddance khols and good day to your san rafael location. I hope this store gets completely shutt down because there isnt even enough inventory.
Months later, I look back at this post, and notice Corp only comments on the 5 star reviews, and ignores any CSAT reviews.

Kohl's is one of few retail clothing stores that has a women's petite section, and one that has a helpful, lfriendly staff.

This store has friendly staff. Zuleika helped me out. Had a smile and seemed to enjoy her job. The store is organized, clean, and stocked. Also really good sales.

I have always loved Kohls for medium range clothing. Prices can’t be beat, especially if you use their coupons and Kohl’s Cash. The store was clean and tidy. BUT not enough personnel, inventory and customers…..which is just a sign of the times. Not enough money around and not enough willing workers.
