“I took a yellow sweatshirt to be cleaned. It had a dozen pea size black spots on one sleeve that looked like felt pen. I had no idea what they were or how they got there. I took it to Northgate Cleaners on the chance that Gloria might be able to remove the spots. She is very conscientious, detailed and thorough. And guess what? She gave me the sweatshirt and I was stunned. All the spots had been removed and there were no marks anywhere! THANK YOU Northgate Cleaners and Gloria. YELLOW is my favorite color, so I'm absolutely thrilled that my sweatshirt looks like new!!!!”

“Machines are clean & very rarely is one out of service. It can get busy without enough machines for all & you might have to come back later or earlier. It's in a good location, with a parking lot, next to restaurants, Ace Hardware, appliance store, Owl Coffee, & health club - e.g., there's stuff to do if you don't want to sit and wait inside. It has hard plastic seats & folding/sorting tables.”
