Every time I call them to get sales or service, they are exemplary in their service willingness to help and walk you through Any process. I had an issue with the scooter And a warranty and I talk to them and they took care of me. Excellent customer service.

Cooper and the staff at Minimotors are all super cool and helpful. I got the Blade X and it is a great scooter. They have excellent customer service and are really knowledgeable. Recommend 10/10.
