I recently brought in my Sprinter van to replace the hood, grille and trim. Some custom seat installation work had to be done as well. Not only did the owner Jim know exactly what to do without me having to spend a lot of time to explain, but he and his team did what they said they would do and did so in the timeframe we had agreed upon. The communication with Miracle Auto Body was very reliable, and their prices are competitive. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs body work, or customization.

5 stars for appreciating the art of wowing a new, prospective customer! I reached out to Jim to see if he would be willing to look at an unfortunate hood scratch I discovered on my brand new 2022 car. He invited me to come by the shop and although he wasn't there when I came, his team sent me down the street to Whitman's Autobody where Craig offered to buff it out on the spot. Got to meet Patrick too! They did an incredible job - true professional customer service with a smile. I hope I don't need to come back to their shop anytime soon but if I ever need auto painting and body repair I will definitely be back! Thanks again, guys!

They were quick to respond to my inquiry. I look forward to getting an estimate for fixing my 2018 pain job which is very scratched from previous Iwner and also from my stupidity on not knowing how to place my bike rack without scratching paint off!

I came here to get an estimate for some bodywork just to make sure I didn't get screwed over by my insurance company. I also made it very clear that I could not wait for the work to be done... that the work needed to get started right away., A guy named Jim convinced me to cancel my appointmeent with the insurance's body shop and go with him instead. He said there was no problem with my time constraint and literally told me to relax and everything would be OK. Well, after I had already cancelled my appointment with the insurance's body shop, I was told that I'd have to wait a long time to bring my car in for the work because they were completely backed up and could not get to it quickly. This is unethical and terrible behavior. They should have told me that they didn't have time instead of telling me the exact opposite. It's really unbelievable that I was led down this path when it was never even a real option. Terrible terrible experience. I know that they didn't work on my car, but my experience of Jim's blatent lying says a lot.

This is a great place to have your car painted. Their work is excellent and they back up everything that they do. Jim and Allen are super nice. It's a super shop and I suggested to anyone that wants to have their car painted.

I recommend using Miracle Auto Body Repair!!! My 2000 Ford Mustang was hit in the front side fender and I couldn't open my driver's side door because the fender was bent inward. I just wanted it pried out and not match the paint or put on new fender and door as the car is old. I first went to Precision Body Shop and Detail and explained this. I was told the estimate was $1300 but they would look for used parts and email me later in the day (5 days later they have not called me or emailed me. I would NOT recommend Precision Body Shop on Irwin St in San Rafael because of this). I then went to Miracle Auto Body repair down the street and the owner stopped what he was doing and got a special type of crow bar and bent the fender into place and sent me on my way charting me nothing! My door opens perfectly. Thank you Miracle Auto Body Repair!

Jim and Miracle Auto Repair are great! I just took in a car for a crumpled fender, and they did super nice work, and the price was substantially lower than the other bid. This is my fourth time to go there, over 10 years, and I highly recommend them!

(Disclaimer: Jim is my brother) Jim was a big help to us with a damage claim. He could tell immediately what was a part of our incident and what was old. This was critical in dealing with the other party.

I got a custom job on my 72 Mustang convertible that looked great! They even relocated my fuel fill door to the quarter panel and installed a custom fuel door. Jim does excellent work on classic automobiles as well as repairs on damaged new vehicles - and everything in between.
I get positive comment and thumbs up ever time I drive my car.
