Penske saved me AND they were super nice about it! UHaul gave away my reserved truck - the second time they've done that in 3 years - and were a-holes about it. But not Penske! They reserved me truck on the Tasha was super nice and fast and professional. Thank you!!

Hands down the best truck rental agency in the County... cleanest trucks, personable staff and accommodating to early/ late pickup and drop off requirements. Lift ramps available for heavy item projects as well...thank you for your great integrity Tasha!!

Do NOT use this Penske location!!! They do not honor their reservations when you get a confirmation from their system. We booked the truck we needed and got a confirmation. Then no more than a day later we get a call and are asked if our move is 'flexible.' They wanted to push us to another day, then they basically admitted there was no truck available. So we negotiated a bigger truck for the same price. A few hours later, another call and another type of truck for another price. Since we got a bit worried about their competence at having a truck we asked for confirmation via email if the rental and price. Again, an email shows up with triple the price we were told. We call back and they fix it only to call us and tell us this truck isn't available and we're going back to the original size. This process repeated I don't know how many times. Save yourself the brain damage and call someone else if you need a truck rental. They are not worth the trouble.

A great experience. No reason to go with U-Haul. Customer service was perfect. The truck I rented was clean and easy to drive. Pick up and drop off was simple. I believe it cost less to rent from Penske as well. Thanks to Tim who got me rolling. I moved locally, but will be headed out of California before long and will definitely use this company if they have a drop off in rural Colorado. :-)
