“This is what a neighborhood pet store should be. I love this place. I’m glad they moved from San Anselmo to San Rafael. It’s much closer for us and we can get our chicken feed and our dog food. My kids love looking at all the fishes in their tanks and watching the birds, guinea pigs and snakes. You can’t create a vibe like Redhill Pet Through any corporate entity it just comes naturally through neighborhood people and local folks. We love you Elvis. “Good people, generally friendly and service responsive. They could differentiate themselves by having Associates help with the pet grooming by dropping in and out as needed to make it easier on pet parent to navigate the grooming process.
I like their setup and their willingness to respond. Better than Petco by a lot and not as good as they are capable of being.
Above all a good resourced and safe place to self groom my dog.”
