Simple blood draws. Computer system is possible. Person in Greenbrae was rude and confrontational!

Very rude and they don’t want to help you! You can’t get an appointment! I’m just fed up with Quest and need another suggestion to go with!

Zero stars! Absolutely inept when it comes to drawing blood from a child. Traumatizing experience.

Had an 12:50 appointment today, at the Northgate (inside of Safeway) location. No one there. The pharmacy said the lab was closed. No explanation. Since they closed the big lab in Novato, the San Rafael location is very busy and it's hard to get an appointment. To show up and have the lab closed is a big disappointment - especially with no email or phone call to let us know our appointments wouldn't be honored. Giving one star for today. This lab is usually pretty good, especially considering they only have one guy manning the entire operation. Boo on Quest for lack of employees, Yea for the employee that runs the lab.

I just wanted to say that Rosier is the best. He's usually there alone and always friendly. He's 1 in a million when it comes to drawing blood. Although I'm an easy stick and blessed with dream veins for phlebotomist, he was able to draw from daughter who's veins are next to impossible. 5 stars to Rosier for holding down the fort, making patients feel calm and cared for.

One of the technicians was very rude and unhelpful. The other was very nice

Worst place, don't come here. Even with an appointment, you have to wait for a long time, and no one is even at the counter to assist anything.

You can hear the entire conversation between patient and quest nurse from the waiting room. No medical privacy.

This technician is always late. And sometime impolite. I always dread the visits.

Rosier was the technician, real sweet guy, very efficient. Didn't know what to expect from a lab in a grocery store but great experience.

I went to this location last week, and was pleased with the experience. The log in screen was simple to use. There was no one at the desk when I came in but that wasn't a problem. The wait time was short, maybe 5 to 10 minutes. The lab tech was competent and pleasant, no problem finding the vein. He made sure to show me the vials with the blood drawn and my name correctly spelled on the label. All in all I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. I'll use this Quest office in future as the one on D St. in San Rafael seemed to get poor reviews.

I have had the worst experience ever getting a blood test here. The pain in my arm after my test at Northgate was so bad that I couldn't lift anything with that arm for a month. I am still having pain after 2 months. My wife and I now use a different Quest and have had no problems. Don't go here for a blood test!

I spent 15 mins arguing with the technician about my insurance even though I had input all the information the night before into the check in. I have a government subsidized insurance that does not provide an insurance card. I go to the doctor probably at least 10x per year and have lab work every 4 months.. every other place has accepted me telling them my insurance info. I will never return to this lab. I know he was just following protocol but this was ridiculous. I had a letter from the government saying I was insured. This should have been sufficient This also caused me to spend over 15 mins in close contact with the technician in a small room during covid. Not happy

I am VERY UPSET. I work for a hospital and one the employees called me requesting a phone and fax number. She thought I hung up so she called me a stupid b***** I had to call the patient to track down which Quest this was. Spoke with a male employee who provided me her name and provided me with # 866-697-8378 to reach their manager named Pet Samon to file a complaint. This was very unprofessional.

Great staff, particularly Mr Rosier, and great service. I went here regularly for about three years for blood work and switched to San Rafael D Street (NOT recommended and I plan to switch back). They deal well with difficult patients (e.g kids, patients afraid of needles) and in my book have their priorities straight. As others have noted, there is often one person in the office when they need two. I always sign up for appointments on-line, almost always am seen on my appointment time although I feel bad when I jump walk-ins. No one likes medical tests but they are needed and the staff have a positive attitude.
