This was my first time I have ever been to this location and I won’t ever go back. If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD. It’s pushing it majorly by giving it ONE STAR. There’s an darker skinned female that works at this location and someone needs to either train the chick or enlighten her on proper customer service and how to treat customers. When I walked in the door I literally had to do a double take. The same chick that I was just talking about was seriously wearing SUNGLASSES INSIDE. Very odd to me that she was wearing huge sunglasses inside the store while working. I didn’t know it was that sunny that sunglasses were necessary. I wonder if that’s apart of their uniform? I mean this isn’t a RAP VIDEO or an AWARD CEREMONY and she isn’t a celebrity that I know of so she isn’t hiding from the paparazzi or crazy fans. I’ve worked over 20 jobs all inside except when I was a lifeguard and never once did I wear sunglasses inside or see a co worker wearing sunglasses inside’s. Just kinda odd. On top of it she was super rude and not helpful at all. She was on the phone talking to a friend or someone she knew and was just staring me down the whole time. I don’t get why she needed to just stare at me non stop but I don’t want to get it either. She had a total attitude and made me feel like she thought she was better than those around her when I’m sorry not trying to be rude but she’s not. She needs to learn the basics of customer service and start but removing her sun glasses. Sally’s who are you exactly hiring these days? SMH. I don’t know if I want to be buying product from Sally’s anymore after what i witnessed today.

I went today around 2:30 or 3pm and it was locked with a note on the door that they were at lunch. (Same as so many reviews.) I went next door and got a couple of groceries JUST IN CASE it wasn't BS that someone was at lunch. Yup, still closed when I went back. This place is a joke. Won't ever waste my time trying again.

The so called manager tends to stretch the truth when it comes to keeping the store open during business hours. She is also not particularly interested or concerned when caught in a lie. There is always something going on in this location. Can't figure out how they are still in business. The store is a dump.

The employees are nice and store is fine. But, damn, the manager is rude. I don't if she was having a bad day or if she's always like that. Life's hard enough without being the recipient of someone's unprovoked nastiness.

Nice cashier and rude manager. Was trying to return something and she said it was over 60 days matter of factly when I purchased it three days ago. Showed her receipt and she realized i was being honest but didn’t apologize. The cashier was nice though!!

Stopped in on 8/9/21 to try to find products for my damaged hair. The customer service was great and she enthusiastically made suggestions for products I could tell she really believed in. Can't wait to try them!

I have been here twice. Yesterday I came in to buy for my girlfriend. Izzy was awesome. Today I had to make an exchange because the items I got didn't fit my girlfriend's likings. Jessica was more than willing to help me out with the exchange and get my girlfriend situated . you guys are awesome.

I walked in today to be greeted by both associates standing behind the cash register with a half hearted welcome. Zero follow up or asked if I need help. I wondered around lost while they chatted and when I finally found the actual aisle I needed, zero help was still offered. They hadn't moved, while multiple customers were in the store. I opened a box of dye bc majority of their color samples are missing and no help was offered, bc I wanted to know if I needed bleach or could color on my own. The female finally left her perch and yelled at me that boxes couldn't be opened. Then offered zero help further. I can't believe this store operates on this horrific level of customer service. Due to my lack of assistance l hate what I bought and will try to return. To really bring home the horrible experience, the male employee was telling my young child ab how he pierced his own ear with a thumb tack and their piecing options are better. I repeatedly mentioned that wasn't ok with our family yet the employee keep talking about it. Hopefully those two awful employees will not be present during my return and also receive the training needed.

Sally's has amazing service! I made a mistake and bought the wrong product, and the employees kindly exchanged it for the right one. They were super sweet, and I 100 percent recommend going there!

Great service every time I go in. They never have plastic gloves, though. It's always an empty wall. Ill still shop there. Lots of great vegan hair color options.

Went to Sally Beauty on Bellam boulevard. I was helped by Rena. She is so friendly and patient and answered my questions so well. I planned on getting scissors to cut our hair at home and she answered all my questions. I had great help in the shampoo section as well. I ended up spending more than I planned and Rena helped me understand their Rewards program. I'll definitely be back!

My daughter wants to color her hair. She went to another beauty supply and they told her what she wanted to do would look cheap. She walked out and we drove to the San Rafael location. We were promptly greeted with a smile and the offer of help. My daughter explained what she wanted to do with her hair, the sales person showed us what was needed, provided instructions on how to use the products. We left happy and will definitely return in the future.
