Offered .20 off a gallon with car wash purchase. Attendant said car wash was broken so he couldn’t honor promotion. I purchased a car wash after fueling, walked back in, and he said he thought is was broken as several cars went through. Needless to say, I didn’t get the discount promised.

950 Del Presidio Blvd San Rafael, CA 94903 Whatever you do in life, don't get fooled by the price sign at this gas station. You would think this Shell station would have the best business of the 4 gas stations in this small group. BUT NO! It's actually a little hard to get to. Once you see it while on Manuel T Freitas Pkwy, there's no driveway to turn in to. Okay, why did I bother to stop here? Because I use the Shell App and card, and they require at least two fillups to get promos and discounts. So I made the quick decision to stop here, and got fooled by the price sign. It's not "Credit vs Cash," it's "with wash or no wash." What's even worst, the car wash uses recycled water. Yes, it's filtered recycled water, but I notice a gray color to it. The station itself is spacious, with a food shop, and a restroom. Tip: The Chevron across the street is nicer.

Scammers. Advertising a cash price for gas and in a small printed out sign above it says “with wash”. They also asked me to enter my phone number which didn’t do anything but send spam texts.

My husband and I usually stop by here on our way to the beach. Usually have a decent experience. Today 11/22/23 at 7:15pm my husband asked to use the restroom as I got gas. The lady inside a little Mexican lady said it was closed. Two seconds later a white gentleman came up asked to use the restroom and she handed him the key. Mind you my husband is Hispanic and the lady was very rude to him when he asked. I had my children in the car so I didn’t go inside and give her a piece of my mind. We won’t be stopping by here ever again. I’m not sure if it’s a racial thing or what her problem was but management needs to have a conversation with her.

Most nights I try and stop after work yet the doors are locked almost all of the time. This place has no service window so I’m not sure how you can claim 24 hours yet lock the doors. Not very convenient at all.

Half the gas pumps do not work. We have informed the local place as much. It is infuriating that a corporation can’t even keep a gas station in a rich county working properly. Can’t imagine how Shell is elsewhere

I visited this gas station and the pump said to "see attendant" and when I did on 1/26/23, the attendant was chatting with a "friend" behind me - unbeknownst to me the "friend" was watching me, got my PIN number and tried to use my numbers for purchases. Just want to warn people.

I had a pretty negative experience here while on a road trip. We were filling our car with which would have been close to $100 in gas and I was emptying our trash, which was full from our time in the car. The employee told came out and told me that the owner was mad at me and that I could not empty out my trash. He told me I was on camera and that it wasn’t him but the owner. I had even been cleaning around their trash can and told him we were buying about 100 dollars a in gas. He repeated again that I was on camera. I told him that I would not be coming back. He went inside and turned off the pump when were about halfway done.It was more important for this station that I don’t use their garbage cans than let us fill up for the remaining $50 we were going to pay.I get that it is probably a pain to take out the garbage when it it full, but I was paying and evening picking up trash someone else had left. Maybe they need a sign about the limits on their garbage or just take away their garbage cans.Bottom line- there are three other gas stations on this intersection, if I am ever there again, I will choose another one.

The Shell fuel rewards program is awesome! Though it is not much savings, it's sort of offsets the credit card fee I'm so glad this location offers apple pay

I sometimes get my gasoline at this gas station but the cashier named Oscar is so ride and has No customer Service, maybe needs a training? And also I complained to him about thr carwash that didn't clean my car properly and also the Coke starlite promo is misleading, thry had a Company Sign also a made up Signage? I think the manager need to check their store promotion if it's right for consumers!

Snotty cashier and rude disrespectful… not sure what’s these people problem but thy have a service job and it’s not a pro late to buy gas from them it’s a privilege for them to have a job.

Stopped here for gas. Customer service was good. Was greeted with a smile and asked if I found everything okay or had any questions. Gas was as unreasonable here as anywhere else these days so beside that it was a nice place to stop before getting on the 101.
