Why even bother putting up the flyer/weekly ads/digital coupons when you can’t even honor them properly. This is the third time that I have had issue with their digitally clipped coupons and discounted items not being in accordance to their listed prices. The employees are super confused and just point at the app and can’t seem to explain why there’s an issue with the price not matching as advertised. Looks like the management team need to update or train their employees about this issue or fix their app so that it can be conveniently used just like Safeway/Andronico’s.Make some smart move Smart & Final. My last three trips have been frustrating shopping experience and could be Final as well!

Not as cheap as Costco but they have the same items every time. Nice for buying for the company picnic or a BBQ for casual acquaintances.

More info about S & F and how they are gouging customers. They use to have better prices on vegetables, like lettuce use to be $1.29, now its $1.99 a head and safeway is $1.79. S & F white bread is now $2.99 a loaf whereas Safeway is $2.49. Unless you buy something on sale at S & F, Safeway and Trader Joes are getting to be less expensive than S & F. S & F Extra really means we charge you extra so executives can make more in bonuses.
