I've been a regular at Tam Commons and have always enjoyed my visits, but yesterday was an exception. Upon arriving with my girlfriend and our dogs to watch the Warriors game, we were abruptly informed by a server that dogs were no longer allowed inside due to a past incident. This came as a surprise since we had brought our dogs there the previous weekend without any issue. Despite our disappointment, we decided to take our dogs home and return for drinks and food. However, upon our return, we observed other patrons with dogs inside, being served by the same server who initially turned us away. When I questioned the bartender about the apparent inconsistency, they remained firm on the policy and even suggested that we ask the other patrons to leave with their dogs. This response felt disrespectful and left us feeling unwelcome despite our past positive experiences at the establishment.

Went here for a major sporting event. Good atmosphere, excellent food and drinks. Television could have been turned up a bit but otherwise a great time. The food was delicious and the service was fast.Kid-friendliness: Family vibe so kids will do well here.

Nice cool spot on a hot day. Looking around, there are 15 people besides me, mostly paired up and drinking just beer on a Monday just after lunchtime. Good vibes! I mention this because I honestly thought getting good service would be simple. I sat down, glanced at the bar and noticed the bartender was chatting with a patron and pouring a beer. Great, she’d be over in no time. Ten minutes later, I approached the bar and asked for a menu. Five minutes later, I again approached the bar to place my order: Brussels sprouts and a beer. The food came out quickly but is honestly burnt. I like a crispy Bsprout, so I don’t hate them.Besides dropping the food off, staff has not approached me. Be prepared to do a lot of walking if you (like I) were hoping to get buried in computer work and order a few brews throughout the day. I’ll be seeking another place after I finish what I have. I probably won’t return. First impressions matter.

Food choices were typical pub food - burgers, tacos, fries, onion rings, wings. But all choices were above average for pub food. No table service ordering. Place order at bar, get drinks immediately then food is delivered to table. Nice music venue for small group. We listened to "The Tahoes", had good food, HUGE selection of draft beers, ales, ciders, kombucha.Wheelchair accessibility: My son is disabled and used a four-wheeled walker. No issues getting through doors or around tables.

Came here for lunch with a friend because we wanted both drinks and food. We sat at the bar because we wanted a quicker service. I got a rum & coke but forgot to ask for s specific rum so I got well rum and it wasn't the best so I recommend not getting the well. For food, we ordered the Brussels sprouts, a turkey sandwich and the BLT. The brussel sprouts were super good and crispy, would def come back and order it. I liked my sandwich but felt like the bread could've had a spread on it, bc the sandwich wasn't the most flavorful. For a Thursday they, it was pretty busy and it seemed like a lot of ppl stopped by for lunch. I'd say it's a good place to come and grab a drink/food.

I really wanted to like this place, maybe we just came when it was too busy. The taproom is awesome and has a great, lively ambiance. Open and outdoor seating which we loved. The only issue was the food was subpar. They gave us too little cheese for the pretzel, the spicy chicken sandwich had a paper thin chicken nugget on it, not a chicken breast. Also wasnt spicy. The fries were tasty though. The power bowl was soooo dry, needs a sauce badly. We'll try again later.

Stopped on by twice this week just to grab their amazing brussel sprouts! Great customer service, I can tell a huge difference with the new management. Watched the Warriors' game tonight, as they have plenty of seating and 6 TVs to watch.

Good place to have a beer and watch a game. They have a great tap variety and the staff is very friendly. Whether it’s Tuesday Trivia night, Sunday football, or just a beer after work - Tam Commons has you covered.

They messed up my vegan order- and the guy behind the bar was sarcastic and rude- even mention that he could yell at the cooks to “make them feel bad” since they messed up our order. Our vegan burger was raw and the first time had cheese on it.
