Sarah has created such a haven for new Mom. After 2 c-sections this is the only place I can get a good workout that is safe! I also love the end of class meditation. Thank you Luna team!

I started my prenatal exercise classes at 8 weeks having not done any strength training in years. I'm now at 20 weeks and I have a hard time staying away from classes! The days that I go I feel 3x more energy and have an elevated wellbeing. Do yourself and your baby good / get that pelvic floor stronger!
