I booked the package to be picked up. Waited whole day at home from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. Called to confirm 2 times a day before and 4 times the day of service and still my packages were not picked up. On top of that before 7 pm they kept telling me that they have my phone number and they are on the way. At 7:30 the customer service says it says the package was picked up when I was at home looking at that 2 packages in front of me. Poor poor service will not do any service with them again ever

CLOSED UNTIL SEPT 4th. Due to a construction. Until September 4th.Since the announcement of the temporary closure.Google Map didn’t update its closure as a business. Only the posted closure signage outside on the metal gate was found.Had to quick detour to Montecito Plaza where Trader Joe’s is located to drop my package before 4 pm.Please note no in person customer center is available at the ups hub along Kerner Blvd.If you’re reading this please edit the hours of this customer center is closed temporarily.

Driver serving Fifth Ave is horrible, and clearly of the lowest intelligence. 1st delivery wasn't even attempted because he decided I had moved (been here 17 years, and still am).Second delivery attempt he didn't even try ringing the bell, and said no one was at the address, even though I was here at exactly the time he said he tried.Now today 1/3/23 he leaves a note stuck to my front door saying he'll try again since I wasn't here, but I was again here and HE DIDN"T RING THE DOORBELL!!Please fire this guy!!P.S. UPS phone support is a completely unintelligent Artificial (as in completely FAKE) Intelligence, and will NEVER give you a human being, and hangs up on you no matter what.

Wild goose chase after they gave wrong address confirmation, returned to sender, lost package then found package after I filed a claim!? Bad customer service too??♀️

Great place, great people, honest and respectful. I worked here durring the holiday season and as crazy as it was that staff, aside fromOne, really did everything that could to help me be successful and do the best job I could. Everyone but my direct mangier, L.L. Is HER initials.Threatening DOC pay due to time clock issues is illegal to even threaten… as stated by law… as well when you tell a person that they are terminated… all pay is to be paid at that tie not 15 days later. According to cal state law all pay is to be paid at the time of termination and every day unpaid can be fined for a full days pay, as well as any loss due to loss of pay. Like rent or car payments.Not to mention having to listen to her tell people about braking into people houses and beating them up was a bit strange.Up was a bit strange.

So, I want to confirm the hours of the customer center because I see two opening times listed on my Google maps and calling seems to be the only option. The automated attendant can't answer my question without the zip code for the location which doesn't show up on their listing but no matter what I try to say to the bot, it won't connect me with an agent. Just want to know which time listed is accurate and a bot hasn't the sentience to understand. UPS, your automated phone system is the worst.

I had to drop a package here in order to get it outbound today after missing the UPS pick up truck from 4th street UPS store.It’s tucked away inside the wall/fence of UPS large distribution/sorting facility, but there are clear signages where to park and customer center is located.Prompt & quick service. And there is a plenty of space inside and counter spaces to package up your package and print your own labels.I had my package pre-labeled but I’m certain a staff could help you create a label here as well.

Extremely limited hours for the "primary Marin UPS shipping hub" preclude any rating above one star. No reflection on local service staff, if they were there even six days. Not their fault. They are good people when you finally find the place open. Unfortunately - corporate management rewards this kind of stupid cost cutting (of service hours) with salary bonuses to the local or regional managers. Low shipping costs are a savings with UPS. But 'endless waits' go the other way... Time is money too, sometimes. I do look for and choose "expedited shipping" as appropriate. But if "fast 'n free" means your item gets stuck at the depot on the weekend past 'expected delivery' - then it's not fast, and can impose hidden costs to boot. Wake up UPS! Making people wait through every weekend, when we could simply pick up the packages ourselves is punishing to your customers! There is some kind of middle ground on this systemic 'denial of service'... We understand weekend delivery is off the table for 'economy ship'. That is fine - but open the bloody pickup office for the 'DIYers' out here who need their 'whatchamacallit' to finish the project! Thank you for reading my comments.
