Unbelievable- Sunday arrived after calling first for notary services. This absolute out of control woman (Jennifer Baker) asked me” how many documents” on the phone were needed to be notarized-I replied two. We then headed to the store- walk in,!one other employee there and here comes the dreaded nightmare. She was SO UNBEARABLE, SO RUDE- I will be reporting this incident to her boss because she happens to be the manager. Truly the most disturbing experience ever-. I will be reporting her to the notary board as well- she deserves her license GONE. Unacceptable! The fact she is in any type of leadership role is unbelievable- I would never, ever want my children working beside this unprofessional individual. The poor boy working beside her and a witness to her unbelievable demeaning comments and behavior- I can only imagine the abuse she subjects him too- it is beyond concerning. Just horrendous! Do better UPS store… I will never step foot in that store again- please consider not supporting this location & if you dare steer clear of this so-called manager. You will be disappointed- guaranteed!

Your experience here likely depends on who's working at the time.And goodness did we get lucky Yennefer was working. We were stressed trying to return a large fragile item. We brought in our items in disarray, but Yennefer took care of everything and had us out in minutes, relieving all of our stress.This is what makes a returning customer. 5 stars for Yennefer!!

I sent a FRAGILE package (glass) and they offered me to pay extra and insure my package, which I did. They glass arrived broken, I claimed the insurance and they denied complete coverage.What is the point to pay extra for insurance if they are not going to cover anything? They stoled my money. Mixtli Hernandez is the store manager and took months to get back to me, for NOTHING.

I sent a FRAGILE package (Glass inside) and they offered me to pay extra for insurance, I accepted and insured my package for $500 value. The glass arrived broken, so I claim the insurance. Mixtil is the store manager and took MONTHS to get back to me. Turn out they denied the insurance and did not pay me any money for the piece I insured and PAID for. What is the point of offering clients to pay for insurance if they will not cover anything? They stole my money.

I am updating my post from yesterday. It's true I had a terrible experience with a couple of young gals who worked there, but I got a very apologetic call from the owner, Tom. Super, professional and grateful that I brought the situation to his attention. All is good!!!

The site states they do passport photos but they don't. It seemed that people often come in for photos due to the misinformation on the site.

Called and made an appointment for document notarization. The store manager who was also the notary was prompt, cheerful, and took care of the task efficiently. Great service, highly recommend !

I went to this location instead of my usual UPS store in Tiburon and I was charged $15.00 to send a single check, certified, in a regular envelope. I asked why it seemed to be twice as much as every other UPS store that I have used and the response was that the owner " sets the prices to whatever he or she wants and marks it up to whatever price regardless of what the actual price should be." I was pretty disgusted. If you want to over pay and not get great service, then take your chances and go to this 4th Street location. If you want to pay a price that is fair and receive better service, then go to the Tiburon location in the Cove or to your regular Post Office.

Mixly is so good. Never have seen such good service in SHIPPING no less wow!! She knows her stuff and SCAMazon is so confusing but she showed me the way to do it. I am so impressed no more confusion with such a great helper. She is great! Wahoo!

DO NOT GO HERE. I've had two terrible experiences here. The most recent is where I provided a package with a prepaid shipping label to them to ship. The recipient expecting this package contacted me a week later wondering what happened. A tracking number was provided but the package was never shipped. They told me since they did not create the label that they are not responsible for it. I'm absolutely in awe of how bad and how useless the people here are. The manager is absolutely useless as well and is extremely rude. I don't normally go out of my way to write bad reviews of a business. But this place is the worst place I've ever done business with.

After speaking with two of the employees at this store, I learned the store is recently under new management. I was the obnoxious customer bringing in about 10 boxes to ship near the end of the day on Friday and got excellent service and help while the employees were able to field calls and cycle through 5-6 other customers who came in while they were both helping me get my boxes labeled and packed. World of a difference from the last few times I had been in here and had to wait a while to be helped. Give them another shot, you won't be let down! Thank you!!
