This location used to be a bit slow and I'd hesitate to go there. In the last year or so, I've experienced quick efficient service, friendly and professional staff. I no longer hesitate, it is a pleasure to receive their help with my package and return needs.

Easy of access. Parking right in front.. right off the freeway... speed of service... friendliness and helpfulness of staff. I use this store near my workplace almost exclusively and I have other options in San Francisco where I live.

I typically like this store, but tried to ship a small package to Canada recently. The employee couldn’t hear me well, but rather than take the AirPod out of her ear while talking to me, she simply said “huh?” To everything I said or asked me to repeat nearly everything I said.
Also tried to charge me $148 to send a small package because “that’s just how much it costs to send stuff across the border,” which isn’t true. Not sure what the mistake was, but she doubled down on it. Needless to say, didn’t send the package and left. Again, usually quite a good store but one employee can ruin it.

Amazon makes it increasingly harder to return even unused products. Thankfully the kind, calm, cool and unbelievably patient filks at this UPS store were able to come to my rescue. So grateful! Thanks guys, this holiday season is exhausting.

All I know is the UPS Store has all my shipping needs, printing needs, conference prep material like banners, business cards, material, as well as a mailbox for receivables for my business. How is this not 5 stars?

I had 3 big items I got out of my car in rain then brought to storefront. The two cashiers shut the light and locked the door in front of me. Then proceeded to tell me both drawers were fully closed and couldn't do the Amazon return. It was literally 559 pm and they close at 6. Customer service this days is just horrible. Literally rained on and locked the door and ignored then told a lie. When they fully could have helped but just was set on being self centered. Much like her generation.
