I hadn't gone to my local post office until today and I had a great experience! I dropped off my wedding invites - addressed, stamped and sealed. The lady at the counter was really nice. A while later I realized that maybe the wax seal on the invites would require an extra stamp. So I went back not sure they would be able to help me but they did! They retrieved all my invites from the truck they were already loaded in and helped me add the extra ounce stamps! I was really anxious but both postal workers were extremely understanding and friendly!

Haven't had a good experience at this post office for years! Curt, short tempered, unfriendly is all I ever notice from the one woman who tends this operation. Why? Last time I was there, I paid to have my package tracked and signed for when delivered. That didn't happen, the package was dropped on a porch, no signature required (even though I paid for that) then it was stolen from the door step. I came back for a refund and it took a lot for me to convince the agent that USPS was in the wrong and should refund me the $ I spent on tracking it/requiring a signature which didn't happen. Mostly, it is the grumpiness that is unpleasant. Oh, and the hours on the website say it closes at 5, but on the door (after traveling to get there), the sign says closes at 3. Arrrgghh Time to visit a different location.

I really try to support USPS. I’ve had consecutive bad experiences at this location. Laura at this branch was quite short and not very helpful or understanding. Drove to a different location today bc of her.

So the next time you see or hear a postal officer say they don’t make enough or complain about anything as far as I’m concerned, remember this. It was more cost effective for a post office to have me drop off packages that I already knew needed more postage paid. Rather than the post officers just scanning the package abd telling me how much more I needed to pay they literally made me drop off the package , ha e them processes the package return to he package fir Insufficient postage and then have me return and pay the ballence. Instead of just paying the balk eve whike I was there dropping off the packages. One would think that the post office would be grateful fir sone one who was willing to come down and pay the missing postage before it was a problem. However just like ever government agency. Then as I was leaving I think I heard the woman saying she would just berry the packages.

Grumpy old grouch works here. She has no reason to be rude or mad at every customer. Zero knowledge on friendliness. Only one employee i've encountered, an Asian man, has been nice and friendly.

The agent that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. She was also very courteous and went out of her way to help me quickly. I highly recommend this post office.

AVOID THIS USPS OFFICE. They lost two of my packages. I dropped them, checked them, left them on the counter with other packages. Neither were scanned in. This happened over two separate drop offs with other packages. Either someone is stealing them internally or they are utterly incompetent.

Two weeks ago I dropped off several packages, all at the counter, for some auctions I've been doing on eBay. One of the people contacted me that his item had not been shipped. Sure enough, the tracking was never entered. I thought it might be me, but I specifically remember packing the object and labeling it correctly. A week later, I mailed another 3 packages. This time, i carefully checked them, and when I dropped them at the post office, I put them well onto the counter with a stack of other packages so that it would be unlikely that someone was coming in and stealing them. Now, one of those packages was never entered into the system. So far, I'm out over $100 because either the people at this post office are incompetent, or they are stealing items, or they are allowing someone to steal items. I recommend staying far away from this particular post office, and I filed a complain with the Inspector General.

Why is the mail drop off slot locked? Unable to drop mail. Ended up driving out of town. Typically make the extra trip to ensure local delivery. Thx.

Service is slow and there is usually a long line to wait in to be helped. The location is convenient and easy to access. There is ample street parking nearby. In a pinch this USPS location is good.

Gina is telling everybody how unhappy she is and she has a headache and just wants to go home. She's says she is just real doesn't fake it. You need to!!! We all have tough days but have to go to our work and not complain to our customers. She then says she is pissed off. She has no strength to work "so sorry for everyone coming in today because Im not moving fast for no one." Keep it to yourself.
