They have worst Uncaring Customer Service . Shoes are not worth the money. Just got off the phone the person was yawning & seemed like I bother her with my call. ☹️🥵

Be careful when ordering. Even tho I got poorly fitting Vionic sneakers they said they couldn't help me because they must have come from a retailer. Fortunately they were on sale so I'm not out the $100 plus dollars i normally would be. I guarantee i won't have a problem with Vionic again

Terrible experience with a customer service rep. I've always vionic shoes and bought a pair of boots and they were The most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever put in my feet, and she would not do anything about it even like a credit, or any thing whatsoever, and was very rude about talking to me
