“I had such a great experience at Flares! The store is very clean and staff is amazing! Ray was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I found my dress and felt completely supported the entire time. I ordered the dress last May and it came in October. When I went to pick it up, Ray again helped me pick out a veil to go along with it! I tried on so many and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all.

I just recently had my first dress alterations fitting and the tailor was great and answered all my questions!”

I came just to casually try on some veils and get my measurements done for my dress that I am ordering, but didn't think I would actually find anything I loved. Not only did Katie graciously help me so much with the measurements, but she also found me my absolute dream veil because of her expertise! I was shocked to walk away feeling like my wedding outfit was complete, and so excited to order my veil. I didn't even think I would care about a veil so much until she found me the right one, but I'm so in love with it. I was so nervous, but Joanna made me comfortable. I appreciated how honest she was! I went alone to try on the bridal gowns and even without a vision she immediately started pulling dresses. I appreciated that she would tell me what was flattering and what wasn’t. She also helped me envision the entire vision, since I don’t really have one except for the location. I had a great time and I can not wait for my dress to be customized and ready for me! I would definitely recommend and would bring my mom, mother in law, bridesmaids, etc.
I also appreciate that she does the alterations herself and made it seem like everything was customizable, even the sizing and alterations. She seems like an expert and I am just so pleased. I can’t wait to add a photo later on! Also, I didn’t do much research for pricing but I feel like everything was so elegant and affordable compared to my expectation.”

I would recommend this place to everyone. They also do alterations and decor for events and I believe event planning. They are reasonably priced as well.
