First hour is free, and each hour after is $3. Is that $3 on top of the electricity or a flat $3? I don't know because I didn't stick around that long.
A lot of Teslas using the Charge Point chargers though. Not sure why they don't just use the plethora of Tesla chargers 50 feet away.

Two hours FREE charging right next to Target. You need ChargePoint account to activate/start the charge.

ChargePoint Charging Station is an electric vehicle charging station located on the right side of the Target complex. There are three charging stations with four plugs. It is a pay per use station. Two hours are free at these stations but only during store hours.
