Only back I trust. Had issues with Patelco opening a closed credit card. Never had an issue with Chase. They aren't always the best with customer service but they are good with our money.

By far the worst Chase branch I've ever visited. Went there today to open an IRA account and was turned away by an arrogant and rude site manager. I was first told they did not provide such service. After I questioned that, she changed her story by saying I need to make an appointment prior to visiting the branch. Even though there were 2 bankers in the office with one of them apparently available. Clearly the staff there, especially the manager at this branch, have no interest in serving their customers and retaining their business. Wish I could give them a zero star.

This is an overdue review. Matt Johnson provided excellent services for my Private Client Account. Matt got promoted. Congratulations to Matt! Recently the customer service screwed up my account links to my both kids' after I changed my account type. Fortunately Lorraine Li swiftly solved the problems and successfully re-linked our accounts based on our needs. We sincerely appreciate Lorraine Li's quality service.

Honestly I usually have a good experience here but I once withdrew like $100 in 5 $20s and I just got $5 bills which obviously isn't ideal! It took me at least an hour on the phone and a few days of waiting for it to be resolved. This was from the ATM which normally is fine and the service here is fine, but that one incident was pretty rough. It was a big waste of time :( Sadly if that happens, the workers here cannot help, it is something you have to call corporate for. And it will take a few business days for their review process. I had to call the number on my card, stay on hold for a long time, and wait a few days after the conversation. I might update this review if this doesn't happen again since this is my nearest Chase ATM when at home.

This isn't my first time experiencing horrible service at this branch. I finally decided to write a review because nothing seems to change. This branch truly has the worst service. They don't seem to care unless they hear you want to open a new account. During this visit, after I finished my transaction with the teller, I asked if there was a banker available. I needed some maintenance done on my account and it wasn't something I was able to do through my online banking. The teller was very sweet and walked around from behind the counter to go to the banker's office and let him know I needed help. The banker just continued to stare at his computer and glanced at me for a bit and then continued staring at his computer. He said something to the teller and the teller came out to tell me there are no bankers available, but to have a seat and a banker will be right with me. I waited fo 21 minutes and the lobby seats are positioned where I face straight towards that banker's office. His name is Mustafa and he was just leaning back in his chair with one hand on his mouse and not really moving much. You could tell he was just surfing the internet. That wasn't the body language of anyone who is working on something for another customer or doing any type of work. He just kept leaning back in his seat and when he noticed me looking at him, he finally got up and went to the back somewhere. There was no acknowledgement or "someone will be right with you." He just didn't want to help because I didn't have a sales transaction for him. I had to wait for another banker to come back from her lunch to help me. I eventually waited a total of 32 minutes and Mustafa hadn't helped one person. He obviously didn't have an appointment because he had come back out and started chatting with another employee in another office. That other employee wasn't a banker though, so he couldn't have helped me. The banker who came back from her lunch helped me and i was in and out in 9 minutes. It wouldn't have taken him long to help either and would have saved me 30-35 minutes. This is definitely a branch that needs to train their employees a bit better.

It's been awhile since I've had to write a mediocre review. I went to this branch today to conduct what should have been a 2 minute transaction. I got in line and the only teller was on a phone call helping a customer go over their account. He looked down and ignored me. He didn't request another teller or acknowledge me. I finally got tired of waiting and walked out. I would have said something to one of the employees in their high roller booths and kiosks but they seemed disinterested as well. I'm not sure why this teller was helping someone via the phone when I can only get an automated system. I would not be a Chase customer at all if it wasn't for the banking debacle and the bail out of Washington Mutual. I would like to give Stephen Curry some advise. The next time he endorses a company like Chase maybe he should stand in line to get the real feel for the service like the rest of us.

I hate to give one star but. The private banker Knows nothing! He messed up our accounts! All other chase bankers told us this guy set up everything wrong. He never return our call. We asked other chase banker to contact this banker from different location, he finally picked up and told us don't worry, everything is under control. And our account is closed now by chase. This guy is really unreliable only about sales.

I don't usually give one-star reviews, but I think it's well deserved here. My husband and I wanted to open a new account so we called ahead to make an appointment for a Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m., knowing that the bank closes at 4. The woman on the phone was friendly and confirmed that her manager could meet with us at 3. We arrived at 2:50 to check in early for our appointment and when we told the teller (same woman who made the appointment for us over the phone) that we had a 3 p.m. meeting scheduled, she said to me, "Didn't anyone tell you? It's going to be 3:15 now." Um. Ok. No one told me and the only person I've had contact with at this branch was you. Anyway, we understood that sometimes meetings run later than planned. We sat down in the waiting area and at 3:20, the gentleman who was supposed to meet with us walked over and said that it would be another five minutes. He went back to his office and over the next 20 minutes, walked through the lobby a few times looking very busy but never making eye contact with us again. By 3:50, we'd had enough. We told the teller that we were leaving because we didn't want to waste any more of our time. I get it that sometimes previous meetings take longer than expected. At least have the courtesy to be honest and tell us that you won't be able to see us that day or that the wait will be more than an hour. If anyone at this branch had the common decency to be honest and let us know that we likely wouldn't be served before closing time, then we would have understood and come back another day. As it is, I feel like they've completely wasted our time and they've lost our business. To top it off, during the hour that we spent waiting in the lobby, we overheard the same teller raise her voice to a customer condescendingly. Everyone could hear her discussing the poor woman's private information and even had the nerve to say to her sarcastically, "Don't you understand?" If that's how customers are treated here, then maybe it's a good thing that we didn't open an account.

Brendan and Tina are awesome and they helped my daughters setup high school accounts with a lot of good advice. I recommend them highly at this bank location.
