When we first moved some of our accounts to Chase, we started off with this branch since it is close to our home and I liked the culture of the contacts that we made here. Today I had an appointment with Karen to notarize a document with my jn-laws. She was ready for us before our appointment time and was patient when it turned out that my in-laws initially went to the wrong Chase branch. She was also the one who helped me back when I set up our accounts - and was trying to get all the sign up bonuses Chase was offering. She was fast and efficient at that meeting as well. It was another good experience with this branch, and I recommend choosing them for banking if you have found less than stellar service at your current bank.

A technological dystopian nightmare. I lost my debit card and an waiting for my new one to arrive. Guess what they can get me money without my card unless using my chase app to transfer to Samsung apple or Google pay. Well i don't have those things maybe id like to minimize the amount of apps linked to my bank account. Maybe we can exist as human beings for ten seconds without having to resort to apps to get everything done. Not at this branch.

Ok. I accidentally left this review for the Crow Canyon Pl branch because I was sitting outside THIS location, all emo typing in my car after having seriously the most surreal experience I have ever had in my going-to-the-bank life. Here goes. This has been my go-to branch for years. It had great, fast, friendly service. The people were awesome and the vibe was relaxed. I had some pretty great convos with the tellers. But this branch has changed. I walked in today and I was greeted by an employee, which, awesome!, right? I looked around and saw there were no tellers. The employee said they are now an "express" branch. Um ok. I just went there to deposit a check. She said she could do that for me, so, score! But then she asked me if I knew my acct number by heart, because otherwise she could not deposit it. I do know it by heart, but I didn't feel confident enough in my mad memorization skills to deposit the check into the acct whose number I had knocking around inside my brain. It seemed more like a game of banking roulette than a typical bank transaction. I ended up driving to Stoneridge to deposit my check. I'll miss going here for my banking needs.

I showed up to my normal branch that I've been going to for over 20 years. Went inside to withdraw some of my cash they told me unless I had an ATM card I wouldn't be able to get any not even with a valid California driver's license. Really contemplating about moving to a bank like First Republic which will actually give me my cash

not a good bank... no lids for the "complimentary" coffee so you cant take it to your car (false promise). charged me overdraft fees when I specifically said no overdraft on my acct. probably instrumental in the 2007 financial crash

Sean Luis provided me with excellent service! His demeanor is respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He is definitely the type of person you want to conduct your business with. He should definitely go far with his winning personality and his ability to interact so well with his customers. What a great asset he is to Chase bank!

Great small bank. Never seems to be a line and the agents are always positive and eager to help. I have three accounts with Chase and was able to open an additional one with the help of Sean Luis. He was very patient and helpful and I appreciate his customer service. I will continue to always bank with Chase due to their high customer service.

I hate to leave a negative review but a teller(who was working (on 10/18 afternoon) was rude and obnoxious. She treated like I didn't understand her and made me look stupid.
