The major repairs were completed as promised. However, when I went to pick up the car, I noticed minor scratches on the trunk door and a squeak when the door opened. These items were fixed promptly and I was able to pick up the car the next day. The customer service at this shop was absolutely amazing from estimating to pickup. They provided prompt updates as the work progressed which made planning the pickup day easier for me. This was my second experience with this shop and they did not disappoint me.
