Wow. Thanks for letting me know about the 10$ shipping. MIght have let me know when I gave you my financials, that you were going to add 152$ out of my pocket without telling me for three months worth of medication because oops...You don't process insurance and forgot to tell me. Imagine my surprise. There goes my Valentines day.

I am very grateful to have Custom Care Compounding in my neighborhood. They offer an excellent service. Always proactive in telling me when my prescription needs renewal. And they are friendly and efficient.

I truly liked their approach and to customer service, and also making sure that the person who the prescription is prescribed for, is the person who is actually getting the medication. They re thorough at the same time as friendly. They have lots of great wellness products in their store and even for your fur babies. Oh and let's not forget, they're efficient also.

Excellent service. If you need a compounded medication for yourself or your pet absolutely worth coming here. Our family has used this pharmacy many times before but today, one of our kitty cats got prescribed a pain medication at the end of the day from her vet, and this pharmacy is going above and beyond to fill it same day. Most pharmacies are so backed up one has to wait for compounded medication at least a day. The staff here is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We are fortunate to have them in the tri-valley area.

First time puppy parent here. Brianna helped me a lot today. Not only did she fill my dogs prescription but she took the timeto explain the medicine in great detail. She answered all my naive questions and I really appreciate her for it. I know she didn’t have to. Thanks you all!

This is the most customer friendly pharmacy that I have ever used! Convenient hours! They will mail, deliver or have your prescriptions ready for pick-up Whatever your preference! They send reminder texts when prescriptions are due for refills and respond promptly via text to all questions or inquiries. They will also call your physician to get additional refills for you without hesitation! Highly recommended!!!

Thank you for getting my pets heart medication Compounded to the chicken flavor! I use another compound pharmacy but this one was closer to my home and I really needed it quickly so I had my veterinarian send it here and the employees were incredibly helpful and prompt in getting this prescription filled. I appreciate the assistance and will be back!

I highly recommend Custom Care Compounding. The employees go above and beyond to best help their customers. They make sure customers know exactly what the meds they are taking are. They stayed late when I came in just to make sure I walked out of Custom Care Compounding with my life-saving medicine when Kaiser refused to fill it last-moment. I could not recommend a facility more than I would recommend this own. I am endlessly impressed with their knowledge, service, and compassion.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for many years. The staff and the pharmacists are always very pleasant and helpful. They have convenient phone in prescription renewal & are great with refilling orders, providing information, & answering questions in person or by phone. During the Covid shutdown, there was no disruption of service as they provided curbside pickup.
