I was communicating with the pharmacy manager yesterday on March 20th. Her name is Vasudha. I asked her to call me if there is anything wrong with my medication for me to pick up and she agreed. Today on March 21st the next day I was told the medication is not in supply at the moment. This is terrible customer service and i wasted my time and energy coming to pick up my medication when i was expecting a smooth process.

If customer service was a class, the manager and employees here would get a failing grade. Instead of help, all I got were shoulder shrugs and excuses. This place is a disgrace to the CVS brand.

The pharmacy owes making excuse. They don't have people and I don't like that. It makes people go somewhere else. That's service, and the manager is the cocky.

Very rude people here and especially in the cashier. My family has been a regular customer in this store for many years and I have filled out numerous survey and complaints but guess what, the same thing happens every time.

People move slow they don't care if the line gets long they let people cut in line and don't say anything. Very inefficient. Trust me go anywhere but here

Convenient location, greeted upon entering McHenry location. Store was stocked and clean. Friendly employees answered my question and provided quick efficient checkout.

Today I went in to buy a gift card and a birthday card. Long story short the cashier named Denise was extremely rude to the guy in front of me and myself. She was angry the guy wanted to use the self check out then towards me she was fighting me about the validity of my credit card and license. It was pretty obnoxious and drawn out and she was accusing me of using my non existent husband's card when the names and faces matched. Just because she has nice in her name, doesn't mean is she nice.

Had an incredible experience at this CVS tonight. We walked in at 9:59pm, one minute before closing and Gary helped us find exactly what we needed for my brother’s just-fractured finger. He was so kind and helpful, walking us through exactly what we would need and how to use it, and keeping the store open after closing for us. Thank you so much Gary!!!

This store's pharmacy staff are absolutely rude, unprofessional and do not have a clue what customer service is!! All their staff desperately need manner and customer service training. If I can give negative star, I would. These employees are dismissive, have absolutely no listening ability, blamed everything on CVS's poor computer systems and cannot speak properly. The most common response is = I DON'T KNOW, then they would hang up. There are plenty other pharmacies in the area provide much much better overall services. Stay clear away from this store if you want to avoid aggravation cause by their incompetent pharmacy staffs!!!

Went to this store for a photo at 615 for a passport photo and the guy at front desk lies to me that photo hours end at 6; their own website says 10. Extremely bad customer service.
