After a few months, gotta say this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Truly, not once, have they had medication refills ready and still would argue my "insurance didn't go through". Without fail. Regardless it's the same insurance from the last time they said this just to realize they have no idea what they are doing. Causing headaches and missed dosages. Slowest service. Zero structure. Always a ton of confusion. Just don't go to this one. Find the next closest CVS.

Today. Was a great day i was waiting in line with some lady who was down on her luck. God knows i was there at one time. The parmacy was trying there best to-help her. She didn't have enough for her mental health med. Something inside me took over. I told them id pay. To make it easier for the lady i hope someday she can do it herself . But what i liked the pharmacist acknowledged me and said i was a good man. Those words were kind and i needed it . Thank you. This is why this is my pharmacy the people and pharmacist are extremely professional and thank you Robert

I wanted to schedule a flu/covid vax appt after work, but they had called to tell me they needed to reschedule because the person that supposed to administer them had called in sick. no problem! I was told 930a the following morning, so I show up about 10m early to check in. the ladies there said they don't start till 10a, so then I question why I was booked a 930a? she checks to see when my appt is, and tells me I have one in Livermore for later in the afternoon (I booked it just in case, but I really wanted one in the early morning). then she says, "since you're here, you can cancel that one and we can get you in here." Okay great! I didn't mind waiting 30m, but then she says the next avail slot is not till 11a. she just keeps extending the time! I was told 930a last night & they didn't even make it for me. hella unprofessional. as I leave, another guy goes and I overheard, he was ALSO told 930a, but he checks his appt time and tell him it's at 1130a. I use the CVS pharmacy for our prescriptions & it usually goes fine, but I think this location is just being run by very unprofessional people.

Great Customer Service at this location! I’ve had a problem using my extra care points and coupons, even though they’re in my wallet on the app. The Danville location didn’t even bother to try to help. Tony the cashier tonight at the market pl location, was patient looked up my account changed my email to the correct one. He tried everything which I appreciate! He ashes the manager, Husna to help, She was Great! She saw the coupon on my phone and for the first time, I was able to use a coupon at CVS from the app?.Thank you, Tony and Husna, you made my evening! We need more customer service oriented people like you in the workplace!

Photo quality is pretty bad. I had few copies of the same picture and some of them had visual artifacts. The color balance is off.

The pharmacy is just impossible and it's exhausting to deal with them. Most recently I picked up what should have been a 90 day supply of a medication, only received 60 days, and one of the bottles had several tablets that were an incorrect dose. Honestly a frightening thought for someone who may not have caught it. Today I was charged a co pay after we have reached our out of pocket max for the year and Walgreens has not been charging it for weeks already. I am definitely disappointed with the pharmacy staff for a lot of it, but is seems like there are larger issues with the CVS system overall. I have switched virtually all of my prescriptions to Walgreens and will be sure they all get sent there from now on after 2-3 years of trying to all of my efforts to remain patience and work through the endless mistakes and inflexibility of the staff.

do not print a photo here! never! they don't know anything about printers and their correct maintenance, so all your photos will be too red or distorted in color in general

Pharmacy does not answer phone call. Have been on cal since 7.10pm. They supposed to close at 8pm but stop working from 7 I guess. Called store and they informed there is no line. They may be closing out, but then if you cannot serve customers why do you advertise 8 pm.

I swear, every single time I have to go to this place it's some issue! Pharmacy hours for lunch seem inconsistent 1:30-2:00, Today NO cashier at main register for 10 min.

I called to inquire medication cost and availability and the woman answering the phone was extremely rude. Don't send your prescription to them.

Very rude and disrespectful pharmacists at the Market Place location in San Ramon. My family and I will never shop there again! Transferred my children's prescriptions already and never had any worst experience at any pharmacy. They miscalculated counts and charge insurance for full prescriptions, so when the kids ran out early they wouldn't agree to look into it even though the insurance company asked them to do so!

I have read several reviews regarding the rudeness of the cvs marketplace pharmacy. Regrettably I have had the same experience with the pharmacist's rudeness. Using Safeway pharmacy now.

I have a medical alert and response service dog. I have seen countless dogs walk into this store without staff saying a word, even though there is a sign right outside stating “service animals only”. Bringing pets, or fake service dogs into stores endangers the life of real service dog handlers and is also against federal law. Do better.
