This review is long overdue, but I must express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the San Ramon location. For months, I searched diligently for a local massage establishment offering comprehensive services like cupping. Fortunately, I stumbled upon their establishment.Initially, I approached my visits with skepticism due to mixed reviews and past experiences of feeling rushed at other local spas. However, I remained determined to form a fair assessment through multiple visits.Over the past 2-3 months, I've consistently experienced utmost satisfaction. The front desk staff are not only welcoming but also attentive, always offering water and engaging in pleasant conversation while I await my massage therapist.Speaking of therapists, both Min and Sammi have exceeded my expectations. They take the time to understand my concerns prior to each session, ensuring constant communication throughout the massage to gauge pressure levels. Their post-massage feedback and recommendations have been invaluable, especially considering my history of major neck surgery in 2018. Massage therapy plays a crucial role in my recovery and maintenance, and their dedication to effective communication underscores their commitment to holistic wellness.Special shout out goes to Angelina and the front desk staff for their exceptional service, as well as to Sammi, my primary massage therapist, whose exemplary care has led me to become a member. So thank you!!!

I love this place. I was a member of Massage Envy for years and Elements Massage is so much better. I totally recommend to try.

I have bern there before today's visit.There were two young ladies that greet you with smole.Today there was a very serious lady there that tried to sell me the membership on the phone when i made appointment before i start my massage and after i was done.TOO MUCH . My girl's name was River she was amazing i will go back there again. They're reasonable clean and close.

I have been a member since 2014. Enjoy every minute of my massage sessions. After my session, I’m always relaxed and smiling out the door. I have always tried to request for Delores, she’s an amazing massage therapist.

Darn good pro mssgs no frills and to the point! Pressure Points that is, had both cmt's here and one even has had a MSSG School. Talk about experience and hours and hours of modalities. Lucky to have dropped by this location directed from Alamo another franchise. However, this location has it all, except chair MSSG. Plus one of only working (well BTW) water slate scape as all others have failed including ME and H& Stone franchises. Here the front is well decorated to season and NO pushy sales front and just lite suggestive sales via posters and like product.Very well done and their manager is a Team Player for the client as well as finance.Others should follow suit in this professional yet warm and king people to listen. They also give suggestions for new techniques and adv sessions with modalities and aroma therapy.Nice!

Incredible massage. It’s fast and easy and they usually have appointments available. This is also a great gift idea. You can just buy gift certificates that are reasonably priced to give out as gifts. And you can buy a monthly membership

Today I had the best massage I've ever received! My Masseuse Alberta was amazing, so thoughtful and kind. I told her where I specifically wanted focus and she did just that. I was even late and they still took me in, and the front staff was still very kind. The woman at the front was very accommodating and kind. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Booked apt with female masseuse. Got there it was a male they would not refund money and charged extra $50 for me not taking apt. They take no responsibility for their mistake. Have been customer on a regular basis, but never again.

One of the business that will leave you thinking why you signed up for a contract. I have called in to cancel multiple times regardless of what the owner/manager Anne posts. I have spoken to an employee who has been fired, another employee who is still there who ensured my suspension/ hold of my membership would go through. Didn't go through even after email verification, was not treated with any compensation, not expected but still. To come in late and have a masseuse day that she spent extra time with you and the owner tell you the same when you are at the front desk 3 min. After the time your appointment was originally supposed to end? Hmm. Thanks for the extra time?? Today was my last call when I was running 12 min late because my navigation took me to the wrong location. I spoke to a rude receptionist, Alana, who then told me yes. Because you are late and your masseuse is staying late for you. Your massage will only be 30 min.... I have waited multiple times for your business. Whether on the line, in the waiting room, or waiting for you to hire new therapists because all your therapists quit. It was impossible to get appointments before , your emails and your own staff admit it. Now time to improve etiquette and service. Your customers are running behind sometimes just as have you have been in running your business. I have been lenient enough. Good luck.
