Incredible above and beyond service from Haz and the other friendly guys working there. My partner shops here about once every other week and after going in myself, I understand why. Very knowledgeable about his products, especially the local and eco friendly ones, and amazing prices! I was surprised at the generosity as I've never had great experiences with smoke shops. Hands down, the best. Very clean and organized as well.

The door is randomly locked during posted regular business hours. Ridiculous pricing on a Coastal Clouds disposable delta 8 vape. Average Retail price is $18- 25 at most shops. They charged $40 cash.

I decided to quit smoking. I wanted to use a vape to help quit cigarettes. My good friend recommended that I check out Elevated, and I am glad she did. Polo and Natalia took great care of me! I told them that I had recently tried a brand of vape that made me cough. I thought about getting a vape that tasted like my brand of cigarettes, but Polo suggested that I go with a completely different flavor. He said that in his experience, going with a tobacco flavors vape could potentially lead to my going back and forth between the vape and cigarettes. They recommended two other disposable vape brands, ElfBar and Air 6000. Natalia helped me with the flavor choices and picked a great flavor for me based on my likes! Since then, I have been back several times, and they have both been awesome. I quit over a month ago and really appreciate their help with the process. The store is clean and well organized. They have a wide variety of products, including a pretty amazing snack section.

This place sucks. The only guy I've ever seen working there is extremely rude and acts like it's an inconvenience to help a customer that walks through the door. The last time I walked in looking for coils and needed help finding the right one. He asked to see my vape and then laughed and said he's "never seen those before in his life". It's a GeekVape device, which isn't some unknown knock off brand. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Alcosta Smoke Shop around the corner has great service. Same with Blue Cave off Crow Canyon.

My friend treated me to dinner at Elevation LVK as a birthday gift. We thought it be fun to eat outside at the Livermore Airport. I didn't know what to expect! Not only was I thrilled with the service, the salmon salad was delicious. Just right. It was perfectly seasoned, not over salted, and it was cooked as ordered. The whole experience was delicious!. I highly recommend Elevation LVK.

5 stars for the new guy working the last few times I've visited. The other guy before him wasn't super helpful majority of my visits before. Used to go just because I needed something but hated going here. Now, i actually enjoy each visit! Props to Polo!
