Service and security have been consistently outstanding throughout the 12 years I’ve rented a space at the Deerwood Road Extra Space Storage facility. More importantly the staff have always been efficient, professional, courteous, friendly, and ready to help in any way they can. I’m giving up my space because I no longer need it, but if the need for Extra Space were to arise again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this facility.

Rented with them for quite sometime. Graham, the site manager was not only communicative but understanding as well! Appreciated him very much. I would definitely rent storage space from them again!

Marcos was amazing. I have been with extra space for the last 5 years but I had found a cheaper unit with public storage and was ready to walk. I came to give notice; Marcos worked so hard to find me a unit close to the competitors m. He is very attentive and I appreciate his efforts to help me stay with extra space while saving money . I’m very happy with my new unit he got me .

I arrived on a rainy day several weeks ago to look at a space for my daughter and needless to say, had Graeme bending over backwards and jumping through hoops with changes and updates ever since. He handled everything like a champ! The epitome of incredible customer service. The owner is very blessed to have Graeme.

Extra Space Storage on Deerwood in San Ramon is really great! Always tidy, carts available, and Graeme is very attentive at following up with any issues. Just closing my account here because I’m moving. 10 out of 10 WOULD recommend.
