Didn't buy gas here. I was staying at a walking distance hotel and figured their snacks couldn't be more expensive than ones at hotel. I was right - the sodas in a bottle are no bargain but I got the freshest chocolate candy I've had in years! There's a variety of hot, borderline healthy chicken and sandwiches. As far as gas station convenience stores go, this is pretty good.---------Actually, bought gas next morning. No problems

This Chevron offers free air and water when plenty of other gas stations still require coins...who carries coins around anymore...What more do I need to say...

Shay is really helpful and sweet. he's been working there for a while now and it's nice to see him when I go there! all of the night staff there are great at there job. Wednesday night gets pretty busy and to see Shay maintain the pumps and the store in a timely professional manner is refreshing. thanks Shay!

Great prices and fine customer service. And the store is very clean. Their parking is weird though as frequently they close their parking side door and you should go in from the other door. It is just a little inconvenient in very hot or cold days.

Something is definitely not right with their gas . I got gas yesterday , i have a Mazda 6 and i paid 75. For a fill tank . Right after filling my tank, i drove from san Ramon valley Blvd to crow canyon and my gas went down a whole gallon. Today I drove from San Ramon to Walnut Creek and I'm down two more gallons . Something isn't right !!!

Every time that I have come in to this location I have observed the older man that works behind the counter; when it's a person of color he does not even say hello. If it's a Caucasian person he is attending. He greets them with a "Hi hello how are you." Customer service is lacking. Otherwise this location is great.

Chevron has a convenience store with prepped sandwiches, coffee, soft drinks, snacks, a krispy krunchy chicken franchise, as well as gasoline. drink: brazil dark roast coffee (sm. 1) -taste diluted, slightly bold texture. 3.5 stars notes: -pricing listed outside at pumps on coffee is different from price inside. confirmed price before buying. -coffee isn't self-service. poured by staff.

Not too long ago this place was keeping my change due to change shortage . Today i walked in wirh change about 3 dollars worth pennies dimes and nickles the cashier said no i dinf have time for this he wouldnt let me pay wow smh laufhed at it my self

RUDE staff. We stopped for gas and my husband went in to buy some lottery tickets. He waited...then when it was his turn the cashier told him to "Hurry" other people were waiting. Management needs to train staff in customer service. We will not return to this station

If I could give a -0 I would Samplay has horrible customer service all I wanted to know is if we can use two cards to pay for my stuff he starts screaming and yelling at me saying someone is waiting for gas you have to wait and then he turns to me two seconds later and says what do you want it's your turn now what do you want so rude I do not understand how he even has a job then I talk to his coworker she says he's only part time she's going to talk to her boss I wonder how many people deals with this horrible customer service if he does not like his job he should go and find a security job where he won't be bothered..!

Stephen from the night shift treats people arrogantly and does not understand customer service at all. He did it with the person before me and me as well. I left feeling insulted.

"Say hello to Mabel, the Amazon Locker." I came here to pick up two packages from Mabel, the Amazon Locker which is inside the store. The locker is on your right when you first enter the store. The people here are really friendly and the store inside is really roomy as well. The nice store cashier was very helpful to me and helped me take some videos of Mabel. As you might expect, they have a gazillion choices for beverages, coffee, snacks, and Johnsonville hot dogs. The attendants were bragging about these hot dogs and telling me they are very popular. I wasn't quite convinced and honestly, did not buy any. Perhaps the only downside is that Chevron gas is about the most expensive gas you can buy west of the Mississippi. So probably, if you want the cheapest gas, this is probably not the best choice for you.
