Tried using their printing services and just to start printing you have to pay 55 cents per minute. By the time their very slow computers/ internet pops up and navigating through their printing services you have already used 5 to 10 minutes @ 55 cents a minute. Spent over $10 and still could not print. Tried to get help from FedEx staff and they do not have enough staff to help ( that's what a staff member told me) . The walk in customers have precidence over the customers paying 55 cents a minure.Dont print anything at this location. Not user friendly a waste of time and money. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 star due to FedEx staff member Emanuel. At the last minute he tried helping but was unsuccessful. Very poor service. I will never use them again.

Surprised of the subpar review but I came in for a drop off and they have self print kiosk, it didn't work for me, and the customer rep easily helped me printed and packaged the box and it was all easy peasy. Great customer service and very efficient and short lines. Thanks, FedEx!

The staff here is so rude. I have been to so many locations but this one is the worst. I went today and wanted to get some prints and was told by Craig that to use the self check out and use the 1no tray when I did it did not take the paper I wanted it on so I went back and ask he said I told you to open other tray which on the first place he did not so I told them to avoid double charges can they print out and the guys said he will charge me regular print plus $7.50 per print when I ask all you need to do is command a print as they do not hove an option on self kiosk but from the back a Lady called Elizabeth said if you don't want go print it at home so rudely. I said you cannot talk to ur guest like that and she started off and all the other staff was standing and watching no apologize and an bad attitude. I asked for a Manager or Supervisor and they did not wanted to give a s*** abt anything I would say and refused saying he is not working and were so sarcastic . I don't think I will ever go back to this location as long as the staff don't change there attitude.

Went in at 1:50 PM today for passport photos. Once photos were printed, there is a blur on the photos and image was not clear. When I told the employee that the photo was not good, he was not at all interested in fixing it. He started explaining that its highest quality and 1080p. Employees doing passport photo services don't even understand the different between focus (blur) and image quality. I tried explaining him that even if the photo is taken with 100MP camera, if the lens is not focused, still image is invalid. Looks like he doesn't have enough training or qualification to understand the difference. When I asked for the manager, usual and careless reply that do what ever and he is not available. Totally careless and pathetic customer service.

I don't normally do business with FedEx due to past experiences, but had to since my company has an account with them. (It's been years for me)I ordered next day air forgetting we were closed for the holidays. I had to redirect my package to my nearest FedEx office so I could pick it up when it came in. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They follow policies and procedures. They'll do their best to assist you and find solutions to your needs. I didn't get the manager's name, but he was very friendly and helpful. He was very considerate and understanding. "Santa," was great too! She was sweet and ready to help!The rest of the staff were very nice and assisted their customers promptly and courteously while I waited. Successful package pick up!Thank you, Staff!

The photo printer was down and when it was suggested we use their printers my bf had a really drawn-out heated discussion regarding what was needed to print out a passport photo we had in preparation. Telling a customer I need a "2x2" of a DIGITAL file makes NO SENSE, for the record. You'd think they'd know what DPI was... as a printing company. The person I presume who was the manager was so set in his way that it was nothing short of condescending.Nothing of my experience reflected that they were knowledgeable or helpful, but I'll give them that they were patient. We weren't charged but to think they were going to charge us $16 to print the photo (which btw, we wanted to do it on our own) should have been an indicator that I didn't want them to take the photo. I would not recommend their photo printing services at all.

FedEx San Ramon, CA review Another Update: I have an account with FedEx and I came back today to follow up with the manager Christopher. I informed him that when I pull up that my 2 yo now recognizes the place and is so terrified that he says, "Mommy I want to stay in the car. I don't want to go in." To this end I told him that no one apologized and his manager (the district manager) still has not followed up with me a month later. I also informed both of them previously that I have observed Ashley treating a Black man and a Bi-racial lady in like manner and neither of them had kids with them. I was informed that the district manager told him that if I want to do business here that I need to bring someone with me to watch my son or drive 15 minutes away to do my business in Pleasanton when I live down the street from the San Ramon location, work here and my son goes to school here. I was further informed that if I don't like the atmosphere or the people here I can go somewhere else. This further signifies that they "have each others back and condone this type of behavior". This truly disgusts me that this is how FedEx treats their customers and their business customers. No one has addressed the root cause which is her continued bad behavior and unprofessionalism and quite frankly her covert racism and harassment that is allowed. My business uses FedEx for deliveries and I don't have any other option because it's corporate that decides who we use. I would appreciate an appropriate resolution to this problem. Furthermore I feel as though she thinks she's entiltled because she's the only employee that doesn't wear a badge. Even her manager wears a badge. That speaks volumes right there. Please have her moved to another location. I did have this posted on Facebook, Yelp and Google and took it down. But, now I see that this is just the "Good ol' Boys club" I'm going to put my review and comment back up.Thank you!!!Update: They all still work here. Came in hoping for a better experience after talking with the district manager. Ashley is still bad mouthing me to customers and I was very polite to her.A customer informed me that they're all my favorite people out of the blue that didn't even relate to the conversation and this customers demeanor changed towards me after speaking with Ashley.Wow! Racism still exists. My son and I were in this FedEx store that we come to everyday. They yelled at me and my son who is 2 for being 2. Then I went outside and another customer told me that all of the employees (INCLUDING the manager Ashley) whom are white were talking about me, called me out of my name and called me stupid in front of other customers. She insinuate that I hold my son by his collar like a slave and make him stand by me. We waited 15 minutes as they were "busy" doing other things until they decided they were ready to help me. When one of there customer exited the store he said he didn't know they were talking about me until he came outside and saw me with my son and told me the derogatory things they were saying about us. Please boycott FedEx. This is truly disgusting!

Took the job back two times, first time it took 2days to get a one sheet color copy done on sticker paper (wrong), then it took ANOTHER day to get it done right. 4trips for one copy, color 8x11 sticker, $6

So grateful that this Fedex location was so accommodating. I arrived right at 8pm just when they closed. I asked if I could pick up my print order, which was prepaid and they gladly did it.Thank you for the great service.
