This location Hertz (Next to Petco) is great. Highly recommend this location. I rent weekly from them. The manager (John) is very knowledgeable, respectful & professional. Amir B

Jon at Hertz San Ramon was very helpful. My sister and I had a family emergency and needed to fly out immediately. We didn’t book vehicle in advance. Jon was able to guide us through the process. We had no issues. Will definitely rent a vehicle from there again. Thank you Jon.
