We went to this location today to find chips for the interior of our house. While there I observed an employee deny taking 2 quarts of latex paint for recovery from an elderly woman. He told her she needed to travel to another location to do so, citing a covid policy change. Life is back to normal otherwise, so get with the times. I noticed there is a district manager's office at this location. I am beyond appalled that this is how Kelly Moore's management has trained their employees to respond to their customers who have paid a recovery fee for their paint. This state has laws in place and we as customers pay for proper disposal of latex paint. If this is how Kelly Moore choses to operate in San Ramon I would highly suggest choosing another paint company who respects their customers, especially the elderly.

Kelly Moore paints in San Ramon is horrible, horrible, horrible PR skills, none of them have PR skills, they all need to go back to school to learn how to deal with the public. This is one of the worst stores I've ever been in with. Customer service

I came here to buy some paint and I had the worse experience I ever had at a Kelly Moore. The associate was name mlovato, he was very rude form the beginning, I got the paint I order but I had to make a call and he heard me speak Spanish so after I notice he changed even more. Im a brown Latino and I felt he was being racist. He asked to see my ID even though I was paying debit and he help take the paint outside to my car and I thought he was actually gonna help me but he didn't he just stood there while I was putting all the paint in my car and then he left. Before that I even tried to apply for a card there and he wasn't really helpful at all, it's safe to say I will never shop at this Kelly Moore or maybe any KellyMoore.

This store is very close to my business & We get most of our paint here. Today we came in & 4 employees were literally standing there talking. I needed a KM color that the employees said they didn't have & would need to color match. I said ok let's do it & they said they had no time today (2:00) it would be tomorrow. I need it for a job & Sherman Williams just earned my business. They color matched KM paint & it was a quick process. I found a new paint store with employees who want to work.

went into my kelly moore today Apr 27th, to grab 2 gallons of swiss coffee semi gloss, how easy is that...but walked out with nothing, something about semi gloss corporate changed factories what the heck.....no semi gloss in any bay area stores....off to Benjamin Moore hopefully they offer semi gloss paint....so shocked...

Who gets helped first in a paint store? One Women and 4 men waiting to be helped. Three men clerks, two women clerks in the back area of store. After 15 minutes of standing and waiting all 4 men were helped and the one woman not even acknowledged, not even we will be with you in a minute. Nothing! At this point the women had no patience for the incompetent men. Stood out where all can see and finally a women clerk asked if the women needed help. Response, yes after being ignored for 15 minutes. Saying a few choice words, the women was helped. Won't go to Kelly Moore for paint needs. Done!

The store is very nice. The good thing about the store is you will find a lot of garden stuff.The staff is very experienced . They will guide you on right direction if you need any help.

Never go to this store for paint matching. The staffs told me it will take them one whole day to do the paint matching. Basically the staff would keep mentioning that the paint matching is going to take very long time, there are a few order ahead of me, they do not know what shininess is your sample. All the conversation is to discourage you do ask them to do paint matching with small sample. I ended up going to Home Depot to do paint matching. It only took me 1 minute talking to the staff and 10 minutes waiting with a perfect match. Kelly-Moore staffs here are really ridiculous. This experience was not the only incident. My wife went there last time and told me the same story, which I didn't believe back then. Now I understand.
