Long wait times with an appointment. I have now been here twice with approx 30-60 minutes wait times. The staff will inform you they are short staffed. Would benefit from hiring more phlebotomists.

All services and employees are good. But waiting lobby is very small. When you talk all your private information easily understandable when you talk. There are queues you need to wait by standing outside. They need to change location
