i see that a lot of the negative reviews mention the prices of the toys being too expensive and i just have to add my two cents. there’s a LE about 45 minutes from me, and their prices are pretty much the same as the one in san ramon. i don’t think the prices are too high at all, i think they’re extremely fair and also not always under the control of LE. for example, i go to LE purely for jellycats. jellycats are relatively expensive no matter where you buy them, but LE always has an amazing selection and the first time i ever went to the one in san ramon, i found a jellycat that has been retired for so long, and is very rare and hard to find, AND THEY WERE SELLING HIM FOR HIS RETAIL PRICE! that is amazing. just a different perspective

Couldn’t drive away without leaving a review because the staff and the place was so amazing. They were so welcoming to my toddler and showed him toys while I shopped. They gift wrap everything for free and have a great reward program. Such a refreshing place to shop for unique toys that’s new and different from Target

I came here for the squish-mellows and slime for Christmas presents but found these cool trays for eating/crafts. Upon check-out the clerk (her name was Paige), asked me if I wanted to customize the trays. Whaaatt? Yes please!I appreciate Paige suggesting this as I had no idea this was offered. Not only do the trays lookawesome, but how wonderful that Paige offered to do this, even though it was 5-minutes to closing. To the owner of the store, Paige and the other person working stayed an additional 15-'minutes, and did it with a smile on their faces. Im coming back this week to customize more items for the children in my family.This is going to make Christmas gifts easy and special. Very good pricing for slime $15.99 and many squish-mellows half off.

Thank you Liz, Logan and the staff working this afternoon (Aug 12). You guys are AWESOME!! It had been a while since I shopped at LE and they all provided EXCELLENT customer service - great gift ideas and cute wrapping. Staff was friendly. Store was clean and well stocked. I'll definitely be returning!! Keep up the good work!!
